Oh YUM this is by far one of my favorite suplements to drink. The taste is GREAT and the energy buzz is as well. I have never felt jittery drinking Pollen Burst, its a very steady type of energy. I like to drink it slowly over and hour or so beacuse I read that b vitamins are processed very quickly by our bodies, so I like to trickle them in.
