Men's Classic Dress Surveyor 2-Hand Day/Date Quartz Watch, Luminous Hands, 39mm

I wanted a stylish watch that displayed day, date and easy to read time. I poked around a lot of watch websites but so many were too fancy or too plain or looked like jewelry but I couldn't read the time. This one looks great and can easily know the time with a quick glance. It's also a very reasonable price though I got it on sale during holiday time frame. I've only had it a week but it's comfortable and nice to look at. I hope it's durable and lasts a long time. Also the band is large enough that I took out 5 links and it fits quite well.

This is a very attractive watch, the blue face is quite stunning. It is a more expensive watch than I have ever owned, and honestly if it wasn't for a gift card from the boss and a deep discount on the price, I probably would've passed. I had a little trouble sizing it (I have a kit to push out the pins and remove links, but the pins were quite stubborn), and having to go online to find the manual to learn how to set the day and date was a pain - seriously, do you save that much money by not printing a manual and sticking it in the box? Once I figured out how though, it was easy to do. So far it keeps spot on time, and I've had several people comment on what a nice looking watch it is, and overall I'm very pleased with the purchase.

I remember as a child, my parents saying that Bulova watches were the most elegant, and simply the best. I am now nearing retirement age, and both my parents are now enjoying Bulova watches in heaven; and as a testament of love for them, I finally purchased my very own Bulova watch. I am more than thrilled and satisfied with my new watch. Its beautiful blue dial, and with the classic date/day layout, I can't but smile every time I wear it. My only complaint is the cheap looking stainless steel Chinese bracelet...really Bulova? In conclusion, I know that every time the sun reflects upon my Bulova's blue dial, it's a reminder that my parents are always with me.

Nice Watch and must buy

I tend to shop on a budget, don't have a lot of extra cash for high-end stuff. Though the band was pretty big and I had to go to a watch shop/jeweler to get it sized properly for my small wrists. Doesn't look too big on me. The quality appears pretty good, I haven't really found anything that bothers me about it. It feels "solid" (I returned another Bulova dress watch because it felt so flimsy, as if it would break if I breathed on it). This watch looks great, with the blue face against the silver. The one "downside" is the readability of the day dial at the top of the watch face. A little hard to read, but meh, that's a very minor point. One other minor negative is that there's no luminescence for reading it in the dark. Again, meh, you can live with that. A watch you should consider at this price point.
