Great Aminos, since day 1 I felt more energy in my training, the taste is not great but acceptable. The results are great.

The Taste is definitely different, very strong lemon flavor but I've had far worse! I would take the unflavored which tasted like death... it being the most bang for your buck. But after a while I couldn't do it anymore so I found this brand, which has the best and cleanest ingredients without the sucralose which my body does not like. I hate that artificial taste. Does not upset my stomach, mixes great. I love the micro powder. I think it would go best in a gallon jug and be sipped on all day. But I needed the benefits immediately so I put it in about 8 oz of water 🤣 and shot it. Bottom line, it's good for you. If it's too strong mix it with more water. The benefits outweigh the taste 100 to 1.

Good powder overall. Taste is a little sharp, but it does the job. The container is almost full upon opening and they are clear on their ingredients.

Quality ingredients however, does not mix well, and taste AWFUL! I got the fruit punch and if you like sour and bitter chalk buy it, if not try please forego.

Everybody's palate is different but I can manage the taste. It's not exactly delicious, but it doesn't make me gag. I add this to my water bottle that I drink from during and after workout and do fine. I haven't noticed a difference in soreness but maybe that comes with time. It mixes fine with a mixer bottle.

I am on ny third purchase. Product is great is you are looking to work out and have no pain after. Helps with muscle recovery and hydration. Taste is good and value for the money is great.

After leg day I wouldn’t be able to walk normal for days. Taking this twice a day reduced my stiffness and soreness by 90%. It was a game changer! Only wish I didn’t wait a whole year before I tried it.
