YESWELDER 185A MIG Welder, Flux Core MIG/Gas MIG/Spool Gun MIG/Lift TIG/Stick 5 in 1 Multi-process Aluminum Welding Machine, LED Digital Display Synergic Control 110V/220V Dual Voltage MIG-185DS PRO

This machine makes five Yeswelder machines I have purchased to date. I bought the little flux cored machine twice because my dumb@&$ for some reason thought it was multi-volt like everything else that I have purchased and plugged into the 110v cord that I have wired 240v. Not to worry I am a licensed journeyman electrician, I just didn’t have any 250v plugs laying around so I made one plug under my service a “special” plug. Anyway plugged into the flux machine and KABOOM. I feel like it should’ve had some kind of overcurrent protection but they probably didn’t count on anyone being that stupid. They don’t know me obviously, I can be soooo stupid. Anyhooo this MiG welder is dope! At high voltage setting the gas MiG is seamless! I’m running 25%75% CO2-Argon. With all the bells and whistles the thing I like best is the fact it holds a 10lb roll of wire. It’s as easy as any machine is at changing out wire rolls but it’s still a pain. So being able to keep a big roll of solid wire in this and just use my flux machine separately has been way convenient. I haven’t switched out the MiG gun insert with the fiberglass aluminum sleeve because I don’t really MiG aluminum ever. That’s what my Tig machine is for. I watch a YouTube on it and it doesn’t look impossible but if I actually bought this machine to use it for that I would by another 60$ 150amp MiG gun from Yeswelder and just swap the whole rig when I used it. Actually I think I’ll do that rt now. I have a 2lb roll of wire and I have been curious about how a MiG machine welds on aluminum. Anyway keep burning stuff together folks, screws are for dorks

For the price point this little 185 amp multiprocess welder is great. I've used it for four days straight a couple hours each day and it works well. I've used flux core and tried out the stick welder both function well. I'm going to get some argon in the near future and try out the MIG.

I was in the middle of building a trailer for my side by side and four wheelers when my $1300 Esab welder just quit. I bought the Yeswelder 185 and have been EXTREMELY pleased with it. There is a smooth steady arc, leaves a smooth bead, the wire feed works well,(I think a lot of people run it too tight which causes bird nest and jumping problems, looser the better). It outperforms the more expensive welder hands down. Now: Amazon is really starting to piss me off when they say delivery tomorrow but then change it to two day. Bought this as a backup welder after my main welder quit working. Takes a little tweaking to get the settings right, but once you do this thing is very capable of laying down some pretty good welds. For a hobbyist or occasional welder, this machine will not disappoint!

Good for the price but seems to struggle a little sometimes on heaver metal or rapid quick welds.

This welder is really impressive! Ive been welding professionally for 18 years doing various types and have lots of different experience! There are some bad reviews i saw on this people saying the wire feeder malfunctions and from what I can say is ive never had any problems at all with it. I do think any issues people may have would probably be user error. Ive only used the mig function on 120v. Im super interested in seeing what it's capable of using the 240v but haven't had the opportunity to use it like that so ill just have to wait and see i guess. Buy this you wont be disappointed!

Welds great. No problems as of yet and been welding with it for months.

YesWelder MIG-185DS PRO, is an excellent welder. I was in the market for a new welder and after using their automatic welding helmet and Mig welding wire for the last couple of years I thought I would try the multi-process welder from them. I ran through a few test runs with flux core wire to try all the settings out and I was amazed at nice it handled altogether. It runs and operates better than a few other brands I have had, and I am glad I decide to give this a try. I will definitely buy another welder from them when I am ready to upgrade again.
