I bought this tablet for my daughter who is quite passionate about drawing and art. This is a great starter tablet that comes with everything you need to get started including the case, pen, glove, pre installed drawing apps and a charger. The screen is huge and is the same size as my laptop screen which is great for drawing. It is a fully functioning tablet and the only complaint my daughter has had so far is that some games, such as Roblox, are a bit hard to play with the large screen and that there is no headphone jack. Outside of that great product! Customer service was wonderful too as the tip of the pen broke the first day out of the box. I contacted Amazon who offered to replace the entire tablet and when I declined they put me in touch with the Simban customer support. They responded quickly, the process of getting a free pen replacement was quick and easy ( you have a 90 day warranty on accessories from the company). We had a new pen within a week and so far it's been great.

Excellent Tablet, great for quality, price. This is the second one we bought.

Edit: After reaching out to the company where this tablet was from we were able to get the problem sorted out, quickly and very kindly. They offered a repair but due to delays on parts replaced the tablet. It was fast, painless and now I have the tablet and it is perfect! I really do enjoy working with it and am over joyed with everything about the product at this time Bought it on the 18th of January. It isnalready not turning on at all. Had a random crack show up on the screen. It worked great until it did not.

I really like this tablet. The screen is huge which is great for watching shows and YouTube. Also great for reading books if you want big texts. The screen sensitivity is not the best. If my hands get a little sweaty than the screen stops responding. I know I wasn't going to get a super high quality tablet for $300 but I am happy with this table.

My 13-year-old son absolutely loves this drawing tablet! We had a minor issue and needed to get a repair from the company. They responded very quickly with instructions on a return and kept me updated with the repair process. After diagnosing the issue, they felt it was a quicker and a better option to replace it free of charge. A new tablet was sent extremely quickly and we couldn’t be happier with the process. I’d recommend this for not only the product itself but also the ease of dealing with any questions and concerns about the tablet.

Tablet worked well for 5 months then stopped charging or stopped turning on. I have been working with the company's customer service for over 2 weeks. They said that if I pay shipping ($30) and send the tablet back with a $30 voucher they would send a replacement 2 days after receiving ours. They stopped responding my emails after they confirmed receipt of the tablet. Finally after a more emotionally driven email I got a response that they would put in an order from Amazon for a replacement and I would get an email with confirmation. That was 4 days ago...

La tableta es muy linda, la compré para mi hija y le encantó! A ella le encanta el dibujo digital y esta tableta tiene todo lo que necesita. Quiero compartir también que cuando la recibí tuve un inconveniente con el lápiz óptico y ni bien reclame la empresa que la vendió me envió uno nuevo que llegó enseguida, así que agradezco la pronta respuesta y solución!! Totalmente recomendables!!

Mi serviva un tablet che mi permettesse di fare disegni e schizzi. .. ma senza spendere una fortuna .. e fosse un ottimo compromesso tra costi e benefici .. questo Tablet e perfetto .. estremamente fruibile .. ha gia incorporate alcune apps proprio per questo scopo (. Fra ltro spendendo qualcosina in piu direttamente dalle apps si attivano funzioni molto ma molto utili ) .. che dire .. un ottimo acquisto .. ed ad un prezzo accessibile Bene molto bene
