My search for a cleanser that thoroughly removes make up/sunscreen/etc without drying your face or leaving the feeling of "something left behind on your skin" has ended! I have dry skin and so I lean towards cleansers that promise to clean without drying. Recently I've tried Innis Cherry Blossom Jam Cleanser, Estee Lauder Soft Clean Foaming Face Wash, Neutrogena pink grapefruit salicylic acid cleanser but the list could go on and on. With most cleansers I find myself rinsing my face for a long time trying to get that thoroughly clean feel but always feel like something is left behind by the cleanser. Maybe this is a problem that's unique to my preference but this is the only cleanser I've tried that gives me a squeaky clean feel without drying. I remember using this cleanser 20+ years ago when I was in my 20s but then stopped using it as a skin care person at the Clinique Counter didn't recommend it for daily use but only as a make up remover. I had stopped using it then because I rarely used make up or sunscreen. Big regret on the latter! Now, almost 50, I use the Ilia super serum skin tint that has mineral sunscreen in it on a daily basis and need a good cleanser at the end of day and before applying any skin care products. For those of you who wash your face twice daily, I wouldn't recommend this as a morning cleanser. I'm so glad I found this product again! Something that wasn't clearly stated in the description was that this is a 2 pack. I received two 4.2 ounce tubes. It seemed expensive for one but I think it's reasonably priced for the 2 pack especially because you only need a pea size amount for each use. If you want a cleanser that thoroughly removes sunscreen/make up without leaving any residue or drying, you should try this product.

Love this cleanser and how my skin feels after I use it, it is not at all drying. I am sensitive to fragrances/dyes and have only had positive experiences with this cleanser and other Clinique products. You only need to use a small amount of the cleanser as it foams up nicely, which makes it very economical as a tubes lasts me for months. I use this at night to take off makeup, including eye makeup which I suspect you are not meant to do but I rinse a lot after using it in the shower and happy with the results.
