Important component of NAD+ chain
Another supplement, NMN had stalled for me. I was getting very little effect out of it. This NR was the missing link. I'm also diabetic 300+ lbs. The weight has started coming off. My energy is through the roof so to speak. Don't change anything. This works!!!

Good supplement
This is a nice NAD supplement that I got for my husband who takes it daily. It is straight NAD which is a bit different than other NAD supplements which are fortified with other vitamins or minerals. The dosage is two per day and he only takes one which he is used to. He seems to like taking it and feels that it makes a difference in his overall energy and mood.

Good value
I found this brand to be the most reasonably priced. I'm not going to pretend like I feel the effects because I am taking them for long term health, not short term gains.
