Fabulous product package is different every time
The product itself is fabulous, if both bottles I ordered are the same. Amazon won’t let me speak of the different packaging they arrived in.

Size issue
Refill is slightly smaller than original and is not a good fit for jar. Rattles.

How to open?
Cant rate product- cant get to it- plastiv tipub inside jar - no istructions on removing lid withoiput tools! Paid $135 for product locked in the tub- no istructions found yet - been using EL for 40+ years - this may be the end!
