good purchase
This is gold! so good if u have piercings and other issues too. was amazing for every flight and bus. i lowkey did not use it properly and j used it as a normal pillow (aka no strap) against coach and plane windows and its comfy that way too. idk if i prefer it to the neck pillow for travelling. initially saw on tiktok and did not dissapoint lol

Neck pillow
This is a really comfortable neck pillow once you work out the best position for yourself, I used it for a long haul flight and it helped me get a good sleep on the plane

Good quality
Good quality product - the fabric is soft and the firmness is just about right, I appreciated these details. The strap also feels very sturdy and closes securely - at times I was afraid that all the pulling would damage it (the pillow is quite big, and it does tend to get stuck here and there if you have it attached to a hand bag and are moving a cramped space), but no. The button has a very strong grip and keeps it in place, and the strap itself feels very secure. I've used this a couple of time and I'm not 100% sure about the shape though - while it is true that it supports the neck and head well, preventing neck pain, it takes some practice to find the correct placement for the pillow. It can feel a little bulky around your head, especially if you are sitting completely upright and not leaning onto anything. In that case, I found it kept my head in an unnatural, uncomfortable position as the bulk of the cushion against the upright back of the seat means that you will have your neck bent forward. It also tends to slide off your shoulders and onto the floor (slightly embarrassing) if you move, especially if it's not properly placed. Having said that, I did manage to get a couple hours sleep on long flights thanks to this pillow. It took a little practice (but "luckily", I had plenty of time), and once I could find a comfortable position (for my body and for the pillow), it felt comfortable enough - it was a relief to finally sleep without my head bobbing, and waking up without that horrible feeling of stiffness in the neck. I am guessing it just won't work in every situation, but it's still a great improvement.

Not for us short necked people
It’s good but quite awkward for anyone with a short neck.. not for me but I’ll gift it to someone it may help

Best travel pillow going.
The best travel pillow ever. This is a great pillow. It was a little strange trying to fit it correctly at the start and felt a little strange being on at the start. But ones I got over that, this pillow was amazing. I usually cannot sleep on planes but I feel asleep with this and I was so comfy. It’s soft but also firm so it doesn’t lose its shape. It really is amazing. It’s a little bulky, but what travel pillow isn’t. This is amazing.

Excellent , comfirtanle flight pillow... The best thing you'll ever buy for travelling long distance.
These pillows are amazing! We have a long flight ahead and look forward to catching a good sleep during the flight... Tried using pillow whilst testing on the settee first... Superior comfort, even whilst sat upstraight... I felt supported and able to relax as soon as I put it on my neck. I would recommend to anyone. Can only imagine how comfortable it will be on a 26 hour flight... Just had that 26 flight we were waiting for... The J-Pillow didn't let us down... In fact... It was more amazing than we even thought it would be... I slept four and half hours solid sat up right, with the pillow. Waking refreshed and comfortable... The time passed so quickly... We reached Australia feeling rested and ready to go... Able to enjoy a whole night of partying right through till four thirty am, at our Daughter and future Son in-law's Engagement. Second day in Australia was busy and active, no need for rest and ready to go again... We belive the comfort of the J-Pillow gave us the rest we needed to hit the ground running at our Final Destination Down Under... What a fantastic buy... Would and have recommended the J-Pillow to everyone we've net since being here... Love it... Can't wait to use it on the way home... Thank you for inventing such a great product..

Long haul essential
As someone who travels for work very regularly I'm very aware of the comfort/ lack of comfort available on a plane. I typically do between 40-50 flights a year which are 75% short haul European trips with a few long hauls to the Middle East and Asia. British Airways rather depressingly can tell me that I've spent 2 full weeks of my life in the air and flow nearly 200,000 miles over the last few years on BA alone. A recent change to company travel policy means the long hauls no longer allow me to enjoy premium economy/ economy plus or whatever you want to call it meaning I'm stuck in the back bitterly hating my company and job. This change came into force just before a trip to Sydney... best case that's a 23 hour flight with a layover of 45 minutes. I desperately looked for something to help the hell I knew was going to be my life for a whole day whilst entombed in a plane, I stumbled upon the J pillow and dear god I'm glad I found it. Lets get this straight from the start, I can not sleep on planes. EVER. I just can't sleep sitting up, even in the higher class where the seat is a bit like a lazy boy recliner it still isn't enough for me to fall asleep. When I'm absolutely exhausted I will eventually drift off but its never more than a doze. The first time I tried this pillow out I started a movie before take off and was feeling very comfortable, I managed to drift off and fall asleep for a good couple of hours without even trying. This was a very big deal for me. I've now done London > Sydney, Sydney > London and London > Sydney again since May. I go back to the UK yet again in August and will return again in October... That's a lot of travelling in a short space of time. I'm pretty sure without this pillow I would be crying every time I had to get on the plane but you know what, its not that big a deal. A long haul isn't a problem when you can sleep through it. I keep waking up when breakfast/ dinner is served and they turn the lights on. Amazing. I love this thing, only tiny tiny observations and suggestions I can really make are: 1) It's a bit big and awkward. I've found a small draw string pouch to cram this into is a good way to make it a little less bulky, it's not so bad when its all folded in on itself. 2) I personally wouldn't mind the 2 little "arms" being a bit longer. It would be nice if it went behind my neck a little more and went under my chin a bit further. This plus a pair of Bose QC25's are pretty much all you need. P.S you can't really use the pillow effectively with big headphones on. I always take them off when I sleep and use the headphones provided as ear plugs when I go to sleep.

What? Why? How? Where? How is this product getting all the great reviews?
I do feel really robbed with this product. I have a standard cheapo 'C' shaped neck pillow which does the job, but as I travel quite often I thought I would treat myself to what I thought was the answer to my prayers. BUT ..... where on earth are all these great reviews coming from? Despite a good hours worth of trawling through reviews and picking what I thought was the undeniable winner of the travel pillow world, I just do not rate it. Received this pillow and on initial inspection, yeah a well made, well padded pillow. I gave it a trial on my settee, stuck it behind my neck as pictures and youtube demos advised, and well, its just rubbish! I know a few people have said it takes a little getting used to so I persevered and gave it another few tries, then tried it on a train journey. I JUST DONT GET IT? It's uncomfortable, you are constantly fighting to keep it positioned around the back / side of your neck and its just weird. Unless you sleep fixed in the same position and do not move, the slightest movement and the pillow is gone. There's no snuffling/adjusting your position in a sleepy manner, the minute you move its gone. So, in a nutshell, banished to the back of the cupboard for the next carboot. I will stick to my cheapo C-shape pillow. At least with these ones you can move your head and if you want to tilt to the left, then tilt to the right you can. With the J-Pillow you pick a side and that's it, otherwise its sleep, remove pillow, change 'J' shape from under one side of your neck to the other, then try and sleep again. BLAHHHHHH RUBBISH!
