We decided to unify the light output of all our houses GU10 bulbs and took a chance on these instead of the absurdly priced Phillips brand bulbs.We bought 6 packs (36 bulbs total) and I tested every bulb for operation and light output before starting the project. Based on the reviews I had sort of expected at least 1 bulb to be DOA. Nope! Zero DOA.We have one room with cans that cause the light to hum slightly, but that's not the bulb's fault.They have a wide range of dimming but not quite as far as halogen. The output is clean with a 40 degree spread. The spread was BETTER than we had been getting with the prior halogen bulbs.Will update if we get the widespread outages after 3 months as others reported but at week 1, these are looking like a fantastic product!

I bought these to replace some I bought a couple years ago. There were sold as dimmable, but they always flashed when dimmed. These don't flash or flicker when dimmed. And they are a warm yellow rather than white light. I'm happy I got them.

Replace two halogen gu10 bulb for these neutral white led bulb. The led bulb light up the stove top very brightly with a whitish light as opposed to the warmer tint of halogen. The led bulbs are warm to the touch, not burning hot like halogen bulbs I replaced. My range hood has a two stage light setting. For the normal full brightness the led are bright and great. If you go to the second - half - brightness setting on this GE range hood you will see flickering resembling a old fluorescent light fixture. It is visually annoying using the second stage setting. Having said that I just keep the led lights at the full brightness setting which I like anyway. Perhaps on a true led dimmer switch there might not be any flickering but I am not sure about my GE range hood electronics for the dimming.

These LED bulbs worked great for me as replacements for 50w halogen bulbs in my kitchen. The light quality is quite good - they seem like a slightly "cooler" white than the halogens, but not annoyingly so, and they are actually a little bit brighter than halogen. Given that these use only 5w and remain quite cool to the touch, the slight trade-off in color is worth it to me. Also, these are expected to last a lot longer, which is nice, given how tedious it can be to get up on a ladder and change GU10 bulbs in recessed ceiling fixtures.They also work well on a dimmer, with two caveats. First, although they dim quite a bit, they do not go quite as low as the halogen bulbs did. Second, as the instructions that come with the bulbs explain, you need to have a good quality dimmer. On one of my dimmer circuits, all of these LED bulbs dim nicely, with no flickering. But if I try putting them on a different dimmer, all of them show some flickering when they dim. So clearly the problem is the quality of my dimmers, not the bulbs.In sum, I recommend these, and think they are a good value for the money.

These are great bright bulbs. No initial failures. They seem brighter than our older halogen, which is great in the kitchen. The color seems accurate, I good balance of warm (yellow) and cool (blue). They are somewhat white/cool in the evening but look great in daylight.UPDATE: After 4 months, one bulb of 6 is failing. Essentially, it occasionally goes off for a few minutes. It is an open fixture so heat shouldn't be a problem. The bulbs are warm to the touch, but not hot. Perhaps this failure is an exception, but disappointing.UPDATE: I reached out to Torkase-USA regarding the failure. They were VERY proactive and replaced the defective unit immediately. The failed bulb was probably an exception, but their excellent response makes up for any reservation I might have had.

I have to say I'm impressed on the quality compare to price i paid. Theses lights have a nice white natural color which is way better than the yellow one i have before. Before i made this purchase. i have compared the prices and reviews between different sellers. To be frankly speaking. There are so many different options there. and finally, i decided to go with Torkase. and i glad i made right decision. they are not just brighter than my original bulbs, but also has quite nice design. So i might order another set for my mom. I think she will like this too.

Useless crap. The GU10 base is not shaped like any GU10 base on a bulb you can buy at a real store. Unfortunately I didn't figure this out until after I had completely ruined my light fixture by getting the bulb stuck. Now I have to completely pull the fixture out and surgically remove the stuck bulb, probably will need to redo a lot of work and wiring.Absolutely junk.Oh, and of course the poor shape leads to flickering. I took the time to pull apart one of the other bulbs since I know they're already trash - and suprise; they don't use big enough capacitors and the actual diodes are cheap junk that will burn out quickly.

These bulbs work perfectly and replaced an array of halogen bulbs.I selected theses since they were the cheapest dimming bulbs for a 6 pack.We have a new dimming switch and these bulbs work perfectly with it. They dim nicely and do not have any flickering.They were a bit brighter than we were expecting, but after we had them installed for a few days we have come to prefer the extra light. Plus, it is on a dimmer so we just keep it at about 3/4 most of the time.
