Very easy to prepare taste great no after taste love it! Great value package could be a little bigger smell great it has a chestnut type of smell

Helps in the winter with my low iron I get really cold ..Even in Florida. Taste like bark yet after a while with lemon honey and ginger It taste good .I make enough for Ice tea..
