Worst Customer Service Experience Godrej
It's not about the product; it's about the poor service from Godrej. I raised a request for installation two days ago, but now their customer service claims there is no record of it. Every time I call, I have to provide all the details again, which is extremely frustrating. Additionally, Godrej is charging ₹299+ GST for installation, even though it was advertised as free. This has been the worst customer service experience I've had.

Ease of installing and hassle-free operation.
The overall operation is satisfactory, but I find a defect in the product. Once you lock the door from inside, you can't open it (from inside) if the keyhole is in the vertical position. Therefore, it is very important to always keep the keyhole (outside) in horizontal position. This can be considered as manufacturing defect.
