Best non-maximal running shoe for my narrow feet!
I'm a full-foot running (heel to toe with a nice roll), and have narrow feet. Not so narrow that I need a specifically thinner shoe, but something on the narrow side of regular width. I can't wear built up shows like Hoka one-one's; they just don't work biomechanically (they lead to hip pain and I'm not interesting in changing my gait to accommodate them).I *love* this shoe. I've run many miles over many years and get frustrated nearly every year when a brand revises its designs. Brooks Ghost has been reliable for several models -- comfortable right out of the box, easy to accommodate my custom orthotics, quality laces that don't untie themselves, and a variety of colors from muted to ridiculously garish. Running or walking is comfortable, and the shoe is stable throughout the stride.I will be buying many of these shoes, and I recommend you try them! They're a little expensive, but not unreasonable compared to other top runners.

Super Comfortable and Stylish Lightweight Running Shoe
These running shoes are like running on a cloud. I ordered one size wider and they fit perfectly. I am a 3X guy so needed to have comfortable shoes as I started my C25K training. So far I love them. Also the colors and styles look great. I've only run on the treadmill so far and have had no slipping at all. Super lightweight shoes that are very comfortable. Came fully laced out of the box and all I needed to do was put them on and tie them. I've bought less expensive running shoes and personally I think it is worth paying a few extra dollars for these. If you want one less thing to worry about while running then these are the shoes for you, especially if you are a 14W size like me.

Perfect fit, again
After decades of shoes that I couldn't exactly fit into well... the Ghost 15 changed my life. This pair just continues it.I'm size 11 X-Wide (4E). Shoes have been annoying to find to say the least. Then I put the 15's on out of the box about a year ago and I just never had to lace them up, they were perfect as is from the box and I just slipped them on day in day out. That was the Ghost 15, this pair feels exactly the same and I'm looking forward to them. My pinky toes and the top of my feet have the room they need and the rest of my foot just fits perfectly.

Comfortable - Lightweight but Small in Size
I was in search of a good, lightweight walking shoe and my research came up with the Brooks Ghost 16. They popped up multiple times in recommendations. My intent for the shoes is for a a European trip we're making this summer. We'll be doing a great deal of city walking in Barcelona as well as some hiking (Montserrat & Cinque Terre). I ordered the shoe in my normal size, 10 w/ a normal width. After receiving the shoes I slipped them on for my normal evening 2 mile walk. My toes were crammed in the tip and I contemplated just keeping them hoping they would 'stretch' after wearing them. Instead, common sense prevailed and I returned them. As soon as my refund was returned I ordered a 10 1/2. Rec'd them and they fit like a glove (almost). This was my first pair of "Brooks" so I wasn't familiar with size variations. I've never had a shoe or boot in a 10 1/2 in the past. So, recommendation #1, if you're considering purchasing these, order them in a 1/2 size larger than you normally wear. The other issue is that the description boasts a "high arch", which I have. These are not 'high arches', just normal. I ordered a set of "Walk Hero" inserts and inserted them in the shoes and now they fit 100% Great. I could have downgraded my rating to 4-stars but I kept it at 5. These are a great, lightweight, super comfortable walking shoe. I especially love this color (coconut). I recommend these just be wary of the small size as advertised.

Potential replacement for some Dyad fans
There are a few of us Brooks Dyad refugees looking for a new home and exploring ghost and ghost max. This shoe is well made but proved not possible to find a fit comparable to the Dyad 9 extra wide. I tried both 9extra wide and 9.5extra wide. The 9 was too small and the 9.5 was too big.

Comfortable and Supportive for Getting Back Into Running
I picked up the Brooks Ghost 16 because I’m easing back into running and wanted something reliable and cushioned to support my return. These shoes have been fantastic so far—right out of the box they felt comfortable with no break-in needed. The cushioning is just right: soft enough to absorb impact but still responsive enough to keep my stride feeling smooth.I also appreciate the roomy toe box and the solid support throughout the midfoot and heel. They feel stable without being bulky, and the overall build quality is exactly what I expected from Brooks. Whether I’m doing light jogs or longer walks, my feet feel great at the end. A great option if you’re looking for comfort and durability while easing back into a running routine.

Great shoes for Supination problems.
The Brooks Ghost series of shoes are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. It's unfortunate it took almost 50 years of life to find them! Great shoes if you have Supination trouble. I have had Supination trouble my whole life, always wearing out the outside edge of my shoes and rolling ankles pretty regularly, to the point that I wore high top shoes or boots laced tight all the time to help. I cannot remember rolling my ankle a single time in these since I started wearing the Brooks Ghost (dating back to the 11).

WHAT I'VE BEEN LOOKING FOR!!
They are great and comfortable. Bought to go to Disney and they helped tremendously. I believe they needed a break-in period because by the last day of the park, they felt better ... or it was that I lost feeling on my feet from all the walking. Either way, I vary happy with the purchase.
