They were exactly what was advertised, the sound quality is very good,great value for money.

It took me a while to get used to using these earphones, mostly because weirdly my hair got trapped when I was putting them on. I’m a guy with long hair. Also, I kind of missed the whole downloading the app thing for at least the first 4 to 5 weeks.. so my sound quality was very limited and I kept feeling like I needed to push up the volume all the time, but that’s because I had the equaliser set wrong. So basically, I had all the settings set to standard and it sounded like walking in a tunnel…. In other words invest in the app or at least understand the instructions properly so you can change the equaliser properly to your preference.. as soon as I worked that out, Jesus Christ felt like my ears were getting blown off, once again and worked out that I needed to turn down the volume, I feel like you’re getting the idea that I don’t quite understand technology that well. Haha ( starts coughing heavily and is now short of breath.) anyway after all the little hiccups I do find these earphones very manageable and sufficient, I guess they just lack that Apple flare. So no if I drop one in the toilet, I won’t be able to find it ever again because they don’t track them. No, the case battery life isn’t acknowledged on your phone so you don’t know if you case has enough power to charge both earbuds. Weirdly, each earbud isn’t detected but also detected as the same earbud but when one earbud dies, the other one takes over being detected…. But that’s just using all Apple software, the app itself which I haven’t actually explored that much goes into much more detail and has a few features but no tracking information that I have found so far. It at least acknowledges the case and each individual ear phone so I guess that’s a plus.. oh and when I say acknowledges, I mean there’s a small display verifying how much battery life you have and not literally a separate display app segment schematic bloody bloody bells and whistles Ho ha.. I mean literally you can see the green bits just above everything else you’re looking at that shows you how much battery life you have on everything which is handy I personally think.. like I said slowly understanding how to use everything. But not very Apple easy!… as in if you buy a Apple product, it works out of the box, I mean literally you buy it stick it on it works!.. this is more you buy it you stick it on you then spend the next three days figuring out why it’s not working the way that you want to work. Then realise you’re the problem! Have a midlife crisis! Drink way too much whiskey! And then realise there’s a QR code hidden in the instruction manual that literally explains everything!…. Like that’s blatantly obvious!!… well I guess to everybody else it is but literally I don’t use my phone as a way to actually communicate with human being… so yeah rate great!!

The ear phones have a good quality sound and is comfortable when placed in the ears

I was using Avanti ear buds. The JLab have the advantage of holding the charge better, and are equally comfortable to use. However the sound quality is much poorer. have to ramp the volume up much higher, and the effect is tinny, echoing sound.

Box and contents looks good and when fitted round my ears could not gain any satisfactory sound volume to be able to listen to music or conversations. Very disappointing outcome. The returns process is well organised and is therefore the main positive

Hurt back of ear after long use

I'm going to base this review on the price point of £60. Currently they are on sale for £80 with a £20 off voucher, but I think the £60 discounted price is likely to become the normal price. I've reviewed some of JLab's cheaper earbuds before and found they were really good for the money, but obviously lacking on more expensive earbuds, particularly in terms of clarity, so I was eager to try out these more expensive ones, despite not being a fan of the open-ear design generally. One thing that annoys me about JLabs is that you have to tear the box to open it - I like to keep the boxes to store them in - still it's a minor gripe. Inside you have the instructions, a charging lead and the case containing the earbuds which also acts as a charger for them. I advise downloading the phone app to take full advantage of these buds - ignore the QR code - the one on the box takes you to an odd page on the US JLab website which had nothing to do with the earbuds. Just search for JLab in the app store. Also enable BT on your phone. Remove the earbuds from the case and remove the tape covering the contacts - then you can replace them in the case and look for them on your phone's BT. Once connected they can be found by the app. The app offers 2 major advantages over direct use - firstly you can configure a 10-band graphic equaliser and secondly you can configure the controls on the actual buds, otherwise every time you touch them something random will happen! I usually test ear buds and headphones with a range of different musical genres including classical, pop, jazz and acoustic as each have different key requirements. With these generally I found the clarity to be good - MUCH better than the cheaper JLab buds, although somewhere behind my JBL ones which were 3x the price. The quality here should be good enough for most people for most uses. The sound is good across all frequencies and isn't overpowered in the bass - a fault common to many. So with pop it's punchy and nicely balanced between the bass and treble, while acoustic and classical were really clear. With blues, where you had a lot going on in the music across the frequency spectrum, it was easy to pick out the detail - sometimes it can sound a bit mushed. It's worth playing with some of the presets on the equaliser to get the best personalised performance. The thing that surprised me the most was the comfort - remember I'm not really a fan of open ear designs, preferring buds, but these sat quite comfortably for me and didn't fall off when running (as others have). Overall I'd say these are an excellent choice for sport's usage and travelling and well worth their current £60 price.

Ottimo prodotto, le uso per i miei allenamenti di crossfit e non cadono neanche mettendomi a testa in giú. La qualità del suono, per essere open ear, è molto buona. I comandi touch funzionano bene e l'applicazione è facile e intuitiva. Ottima la funzione del pop-up che comunica la % di carica appena si connettono le cuffie. Se devo cercare il pelo nell'uovo direi che lo sportellino della cover sembra leggermente delicato, ma sono sciocchezze

Using since 3 months, i have 2 nothing sticks and one apple 4 but am using this one only due to pain in ears. no issues face till today. Box power back up will give 3 times max. But one ear bud will last almost 8 to10 hours for ph calls and now and then videos or shorts. Wearing is comfotable as its open ear, no pain in ear, This price is very reasonable and while it was just 35000 . Thought will huy another one but as its working good posetponed for nex sale.

Con la capacidad de evitar los auriculares de diadema o in-ear que pueden ser peligrosos su uso en determinadas situaciones y prohibidos en muchas otras circunstancias. . En este caso tenemos unos auriculares de la marca JLAB de muy buena calidad, presentándose en una caja de recarga y protección y el cable de cargar USB C habitual. Sin incluirse un adaptador a red por lo que necesitaremos disponer de uno o de puertos USB en nuestra casa. . Se presentan con el formato abierto tan de moda en estos momentos, con un sistema de transmisión del sonido a distancia, colocando los pequeños altavoces habituales muy cerca de nuestra entrada al oído, dirigiendo las ondas hacia su interior y evitando tener que introducir los altavoces en su interior. . La calidad de audio conseguida es MUY BUENA, con un sonido nítido y alto incluso en volúmenes bajos y donde las frecuencias mas bajas están bastante conseguidas y las más altas destacan en calidad. . La colocación de los auriculares es muy sencilla y adaptable a casi cualquier tipo de oreja, situando un soporte de agarre por detrás del pabellón de la oreja y centrando todo el sistema de funcionamiento y la batería en la parte frontal y que se enfrenta al canal auditivo. Este agarre permite realizar movimientos sin problemas de que se muevan o suelten, y en mi caso particular, la sujeción es PERFECTA. . Nos ofrecen el sistema de conexión habitual de BT 5.3, por lo que la facilidad e inmediatez de conexión es perfecta. Incluyendo micrófonos externos para la realización de llamadas con ellos y un sistema exclusivo de vinculación con dispositivo Google y emparejamiento instantáneo. Además de ofrecer la capacidad de conexión permanente multipunto, pudiendo estar vinculado a dos dispositivos a la vez y pudiendo cambiar de uno a otro en un par segundos. . El exterior en silicona es de fácil limpieza, además de conseguir un tacto agradable al utilizarlos. Con una caja de recarga y guardado que aumentan su durabilidad de batería en mas de 16 horas adicionales. Y pudiendo disfrutar de hasta 9 horas garantizadas por cada auricular por separado y con una calidad de sonido perfecto. . Un extra muy interesante es la aplicación JLAB del fabricante que se puede instalar en nuestro teléfono, para conseguir configurar detalles puntuales de los auriculares. Como ecualización independiente y ajustes pregrabados según el tipo de audio que estemos reproduciendo. Y es que me han encantado estos auriculares por su alto valor y funcionalidad, ofreciendo una opción MUY BUENA para la realización de deporte con ellos mientras disfrutamos de nuestra mejor música a través de ellos. Con una calidad de audio EXCELENTE con la consiguiente pérdida de volumen al ser abiertos y tener algo de perdida en su viaje hacia nuestro oído interno. La capacidad de no perder el ruido de nuestro ambiente los hace perfectos para atletismo por zonas con trafico o gente y para nuestras salidas en bicicleta sin sufrir el riesgo de no escuchar un aviso de emergencia. MUY RECOMENDADOS por su ALTA calidad y las opciones básicas que ofrecen, pero con un nivel muy alto.

Sound is good, comfortable to run with, also loved that they don't push into the ear rather they sit ontop. Especially with inner ear piercings, sooo much better!
