Best £20 I have spent in my life!
Why did you choose this product over others?:I have snored loudly since around that age of 10. Pissed everyone off over the years with insanely loud snoring. This product is magical!!!! Instant results, don't have any drooling or tongue pain, just nice and quiet sleep. Feel like I've slept 12 hours off 6. The mrs was sceptical at first, but she might love it more than I do.

Wearing this for 5 minutes, my tougue gets very painful
The media could not be loaded. Updates:The seller reached out and doubted my purpose in making a video describing the product. In addition, the seller suspected that I was a competitor supplier trying to discredit their product.First of all, I do not work for any of their competitors. I do not even know who they are. Second, Fixing snoring and improving sleep quality is something that I care deeply about. I added a video review to help others know what it looks like so that they have their own opinions.Original:If you're considering getting a tongue retainer, there's one thing you should know: it hurts.I tried wearing one for just five minutes, and my tongue felt like it was on fire. The pain was so intense that I couldn't keep it in for more than a few seconds.I can't imagine how anyone could tolerate wearing one of these things for an entire night. If you're looking for a retainer that won't make your tongue sore, you might want to consider another option.

It can be adjusted if uncomfortable and does reduce snoring
This has significantly reduced my storing, but it did need some adjustment to be comfortable. My tongue was not long enough for this device to be comfortable enough but luckily by making some slight adjustments I have managed to trim the lower section to be more comfortable on the lower tongue. It has reduced my snoring significantly

It works
I've tried various things and was wondering if I'd end up needing CPAP device as I definitely had some sleep apnoea symptoms ie waking up feeling a bit suffocated. I knew my blood oxygen SP02 was low at times during sleep, below 90% at times which I know is bad. I also knew that part of my problem was just my tongue physically blocking the back of my throat and would sometimes wake with a very sore throat and swollen uvula.Anyway, enough of that, as I can confidently say that for me this device works. It is not exactly comfortable and takes a bit of getting used to. I have found that I have to really extend my tongue and make sure it is properly pulled forward. This makes the front of it swell up to the point I cant speak properly when I first take it off and it can feel like it goes a bit numb but stick with it.I also find it can fall out if I'm on my side you may find initially at least youre better off on your back.I still snore, but in a much lighter wayThe killer news for me is I can definitely see the impact on Sp02. I woke up a bit early this am and took the thing off, then went back to sleep again. My snore monitor showed epic snoring beyond this point and I spent minutes below 90% SpO2. Therefore, definitely give this a go. It might even save your life!I'm ordering spares and will keep one in my overnight bag in case I forget this as tbh I would see that as a bit of a disaster. Sleeping in a tent or shared accomodation is now much less of an embarrassment. The only thing I would say is that I expect there will be ways of making bespoke prosthetics using 3D printing that would be even better if not perfect. I am keeping a look out for thoseI do not leave reviews lightly by the way

It's just... Too big.
I don't have a big mouth, not everyone has a big mouth. One size, does not always fit all. This does not fit me... I find it pulls my tongue really far, so far that I can't swallow. I don't know about other people, but I tend to swallow in my sleep. With this, I can't. Well... Until it comes off when I try to swallow. I find it comes off a lot as, it's somewhat too big so it is only just able to keep hold of my tongue. If you have a big mouth, or if you don't swallow in your sleep, it might work. But it doesn't work for me. Maybe if it was smaller it would.

Finally no snoring
Finally!Tried mouthguard, nose strips and used an app to track my snoringThis is the only thing that has worked for meEveryone will be different and it isn't the most comfiest thing as you can imagineBut if it curbs my snoring it's 10/10 for me and I'll take my tongue being twice the size in a morning to help
