Take a little getting used to, but work great. I feel much safer listening and walking around town, being able to hear vehicles and conversing with people I bump in to our in a shop without having to remove them or pause the music -so long as the volume isn't too loud- but if it is, I just need to touch the left ear buds to turn it down. You can also skip tracks and answer calls this way too. These are also the best earbuds I've worn for taking cals and being heard when talking. Comfort, i find them more comfortable than in ear earbuds and have worn them for hours cleaning the house with little to no ache. They connect quickly and easily every time. Charge lasts ages. I've only charged them once and i use them plenty! They take a lurks getting used to, but I now love them. Great for so many environments- to soundtrack my life. Obviously if cutting out the rest of the world sounds and hearing every tiny detail in the music is your priority, then these wouldn't be suited to you. But if you want to feel like you've got a speaker playing music in the same room as you, then these are your on-the-go go-to.

I have tried open ears before because I love the argument that, 1. They're not inside your ears, 2. Surround sound is not cut out and yet I can still here the music to an acceptable quality that I expect. I've tried 2 other open ears manufacturers, both Chinese manufacturers with British distributers, they did not last 6 months and of course being cheap tat from China, there's no guarantee or warranty!! These though, from JLab are a breath of fresh air, thankyou! I find them very comfortable to wear. I jog and hill climb, therefore wear them for neigh on 2 hours, and there's times I think they have fallen out because I cannot honestly feel them. The quality from open ears is what I expect, it's clear and satisfactory. If I want pure sound, I'll hook myself up to a £10k music system, with either £5k speakers or £5k ear phones, fully enclosed like Mickey Mouse, listening to vinyl records played at either 33rpm or 45rpm! I do not understand why there's criticism about bass, they're open ears! Please be advised if this is a big issue to you, download an equaliser app, they have all the pre sets you want and for free. I love these, they are so responsive, and when I'm in the mountains, jogging, this is what I need! Well done JLab. Once used JLab Why did you choose this product over others?: I will not keep wasting my money on Chinese cheap, no name tat with British distributers! Jlab is a well known name in the ring of things.

Everything was great about these except two things: The app is awful, and for my ear's anatomy they did not work for long listening. After about an hour I'd get a stinging feeling in my cartilage, so I had to return them. They did however have excellent sound quality for an open-ear headphone. If they worked with my ear anatomy, I'd preferred them over my Shokz for sports.

I have small ears and find ear buds very uncomfortable to wear but wanted something discreet instead of bulky over ear headphones. I would say that they are easy to pair, easy to fit on your ear and a good battery life. Realistically though, you have to accept that they neither in your ear or over your ear so the volume and the bass is limited but you can hear what’s going on around you and can still hold a conversation. Overall, good for casual use but not for the audiophile user

I bought these as I had been looking at the Bose Open Ultra (at £250) and wanted to basically try open-ear headphones before committing a significant chunk of cash. I don't get on well with in-ear phones as they tend not to stay place and fall out easily - I guess I must have narrow gaps in my ears! They sound quite good if not very much bass as a default. If you download the JBL app you can customise the sound to increase the bass to your preference but still not as good as over ear headphones.. The fit and comfort are really good and they are barely noticeable. I joined a Teams call and the microphone appeared adequate. As is common to open ear you can hear what is going on around you which is useful for walking/exercising outside. They appear well built and the charging case is small and closes with a satisfying 'click'. Touch controls are a bit odd as they have different functions depending on which ear - so touch on right for vol up and left vol down. Can't comment on battery life as not had them long enough. Very happy with these and will keep using them - from looking at reviews the major differentiator for Bose is the sound quality. I am a big Bose fan and have had various iterations of over-the-ear nose cancelling headphones which are fantastic. Not sure there will be enough of a sound difference to justify the £220 price difference on the open-ear. Update 27/03/25. Reducing this to 3 stars as I've had several issues with skipping tracks when using my S24. Thought it may have been wifi/signal but continued with a downloaded playlist. Seems to occasionally skip tracks when I turn my head which is tolerable with music but not so much with audio books. Maybe my pair have oversensitive buttons. So unfortunately returning these.

I love JLAB and now these clip on ear phones are an absolute genious addition to my collection, for someone that sometimes get really irritated with things in the ear these are a great, nay FANTASTIC alterative that sit snugly on the ear edge and does not compromise on sound quality!! I absolutely love them and could not recommend then enough if you do not like regular fit in the ear headphones!

These JLab Flex Open Earbuds are perfect for me as someone who can’t wear normal earbuds. They don’t fall out and they are comfortable. You can hear both songs and calls clearly, even in fairly loud outdoor areas. The teal colour adds a nice touch too. I highly recommend these earbuds.

Die Kopfhörer find ich sehr gut, da sie nicht fallen vom Ohr abfallen. Ich bin dem Klang auch voll zufrieden. Die Laufzeit ist sehr lang, so wie in der Beschreibung beschrieben.

購入して2か月ほど利用しましたが、満足しています。 慣れていないときは少し耳が痛くなりましたが、慣れたら問題ありませんでした。 想像していたより音が良く、着ける角度にもよりますが音量も問題ありません。 周りの音が普通に聞こえるため、地下鉄など騒音の多い場所では少し聞こえにくいです。 挟むタイプなので簡単に外れないというのも助かります。片手で付けるのは慣れがいるかも...

These are so comfortable, I have multiple ear piercings and they don’t bother me at all. The sound is clear and good, and you can easily hide that you’re wearing EarPods if your hair is long enough, they also can work as a part of your outfit. The quality is good and the battery life is really long. for someone that works 12 hours I can use them for at least 9 continuously without them dying, but if the box is charged, they charge really fast. They easily connect with my Bluetooth.
