This has been a brilliant buy. I will shortly be having open heart surgery and part of my rehab will be daily walks, as I live in a hilly village without pavements and the British weather cant be relied on, I decided that a walking trademill would be the best solution. My husband was able to set this up easily and I have started to use it straight away as part of a pre op fitness drive. So far I just use it in the basic setting and gradually increase the speed as I walk, started at 15 minute sessions and every day I add another minute of two but find watching Netflix helps pass the time quickly. This is a sturdy bit of kit and the side handles are a great addition for comfort and safety. Certainly recommend the extra money to buy a quality product.

This treadmill is sturdy, perfect for anyone with balance problems as the arms are down to the base. Display is easy to read and heart monitor pads on hand speed controls are really useful. Easy to assemble. Good quality, fully recommended.

Well worth the money. Easy to put up and easy to use, an 80 yr old taking slowly but doing so much good.

This arrived very quickly, my son put it together for me, I had to get a sheet of plywood to put under it as it was going in a bedroom with soft carpet and it was not reccomended to sit on carpet, I also got from Amazon a rubber mat to go on plywood, that all settled I can go it, I have very bad balance so find the hand rails a must, it has a very slight incline on the lowest setting but this is good for me as I don’t do much walking, I can take a gentle walk at my own pace every day, I hope to help my back, knees and balance by using this treadmill, it is extremely easy to use, sturdy and safe, I must say I love it and would reccomend it

I was a but dubious about spending so much money from a seller I did not know. However, after reading the reviews I decided to chance it. The reviews were not wrong. Although a bit more expensive than this type of treadmill, the handrail made it worth it. It is a tidy machine, simple to use, solid and weighty, easy to put together. There are 12 programs which seem to complete a 20 min cycle at different speeds during the programme number chosen. After studying all the pictures from everyway it looked like there was a slight incline not mentioned in the write up, so I messaged GoodTend. Sure enough I got a reply that Yes there is a slight incline built in but there are wheels at the back to be adjusted if needed to be completely level. I also messaged them about the warranty and that was sorted out too with assurance any problems to get back to them. Early days yet but overall I Love It and it has encouraged me to walk more already.

Brilliant piece of excersise kit

I am 88 years old and am finding it difficult to walk very far. So I thought I would purchase this Redliro walking Treadmill as it is designed for the elderly. What I hadn’t realised how difficult for someone of my age, it was to assemble. If someone has heart problems, I would certainly not recommend this treadmill unless you have someone to assemble it for you as the treadmill base itself is quite heavy and you need a fairly large area for assembly. In my case, I had to assemble the treadmill in the kitchen and move it into the lounge where I want to use it. I think an assembly option should be available from Amazon. I managed to build mine because I am reasonable fit for my age and live on my own.
