Im so happy with my purchase. This sauna blanket came with really nice quality, the zippers are nicely designed with double sided and smooth to glide. The surface fabric is very sturdy . I didn’t notice any unpleasant smell at all. Not just me but my husband also enjoyed it so much that it is so relaxing and easy to use. I feel so toasty and relaxed, it’s shocking how sweaty you can get be in it in 20 mins. I leave this in my bedroom and it’s easy to fold away and unfold when needed in a weekly basis. I highly recommended to give it a try.

I am always cold. My husband bought this for me for Christmas. After 4 uses, I can already tell I will be using this item significantly. I plug in the blanket and get it warming. The control panel is simple with a power button, temperature and time adjustments. It shows the current temperature as it is heating but does not beep or make noise with any operation. Within a minute, it is up to temperature. The hardest part is getting past the feeling of being inside an human-sized insulated lunch box. If I wear light cotton clothes, this feeling is less. The zipper has two large rings to help make closing the blanket easier. It is a slight struggle but worth it. Once inside, I feel completely enveloped in soothing warmth. Whether I am seeing all the health benefits of a sauna, that is to be determined. So far, I am more relaxed, less sore, and seem to have improved sleep. The cleanup is easy—just wipe down with a damp cloth and allow to dry completely. Material and construction seem to be a good quality.

The blanket comes in a very nice package with a carry-on bag included, along with 5 disposable sauna wraps and instructions. Its high-quality zipper goes all around with dual rings for easy operation and makes it wrap up the body. The extra reflective blanket wrap provides additional warmth, effectively aiding muscle recovery and offering a calming effect. I initially used it by gradually increasing the temperature setting from 130 to 170 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes. At 5'7", I found its length comfortable to cover my entire body. The design is intuitive and user-friendly with adjustable heating and timing settings. I found it beneficial for relaxation, detoxification, and improved circulation. The blanket heats up quickly, making it perfect for busy schedules. It's also portable and easy to store under the bed. Overall, an excellent investment for health and wellness, highly recommended for anyone looking to detox and relax.

I was told by one of my doctor that would be helpful for my fibromyalgia and it sure is. It is very joyful to use it and ease the pain.

Do not buy this!!! It is like a heated blanket, no sweating at all. The reviews are not accurate. Don’t waste your money on this.

Loved it. Just got out after my first try. I sweated a lot and even fell asleep, it was a warm and really deep sleep. 132 f’ for first time.

I did enjoy this sauna blanket for about two weeks, but then both zippers stopped zipping. One was an easy fix but the other seems to be broken. I know this product is one of the less expensive sauna blankets, but it still wasn't cheap so this is disappointing

Where are the red lights! I don’t feel any nor see any. It does heat up quickly and I can use it as a sauna bed. But don’t know where red lights are. Shouldn’t I be able to see them in order to help my health?

I unfortunately have not yet been able to use the sauna blanket because the plug fitted is a US plug and I am in the Uk. Fairly disappointing. I have ordered an adaptor and will update this when I have used it. Update: Sauna blanket is great, definitely line it with a towel but would recommend
