I'll admit I was skeptical because I've used all kinds of topical pain relief but this one really helped. It reached down into the muscle and gave me relief, I used it on my lower back but my husband uses it on his calves and thighs when he is playing softball and he notices the difference as well. It has the typical smell but it's not strong at all. Comes in spray form.

Works really well. I ordered odorless and although it works, there is a definite smell. I planned to use it during the day at times but with the strong smell, I only use at bedtime. I took off a star because of the smell.

I recently had knee replacement surgery so I got this to apply to my upper thigh to help reduce swelling, and to help reduce some pain. I can say that it provided temporary relief for both.

I purchased the maximum strength UNSCENTED product. It works very well but trust me when I tell you, it s no where near UNSCENTED. The menthol smell is overpowering!!!
