This product helps me focus on the task at hand while making my mind more “awake” than normal. I started taking them at night until I was able to fully understand its effect on me. I take them in the morning and as soon as I get home. I only take one at a time. Added bonus it taste good.

I'm on day 2 of these. The quality of the gummies is making me think these sat in a warehouse for a while until the price was more reasonable. I'm not sure how effective these gummies are as I'm only on day 2. I supplement with these ingredients using other products, so not sure how much I'll feel a difference.
