Instant, practical options to unblock your current issues.
I keep this scrum master pack in my pocket and regularly pull a few cards out to get my and others brains to shift out of neutral and find different contexts for the issues we're facing.I like all the different ways you can look at a situation...it must have taken some time to boil it all down to just a few potent words on each card. Truth be told, it's taken me years to build up a my own questioning approaches, and here is a pack containing tens of questions using several approaches!I particularly like the 'imagine it's your first/last day' line of questioning. I've noticed that whenever I've handed work over to someone I get a clearer view of the real situation...it's like lifting your head above the clouds. These cards give you multiple ways to get that every time an issue comes up.I would personally like to have some more questions on checking and testing the team's commitment...I'm going to work out what those could be and make my own cards for them. Finally, it would be great to see everyone's (and Geoff's) examples of answers to all these questions...we could group them together to see which ones are most common/effective, but most importantly learn faster about how people respond to the questions and how to deal with that.

Be inspired
I provide support services to organisations wanting to get better at product delivery, and I've used these to inspire me as a base for conversations when thinking about what would be the best question to pose to a Scrum Master or team.I could see how a scrum master could use this to get some inspiration; being a SM can be a lonely place, especially in a small organisation where you maybe the only or one of a limited number of Scrum Masters.

Excellent coaching resource for teams and myself
I have found these cards incredibly useful in both planned conversations and ad-hoc situations so far. I am still thinking new ways to utilise them in my day-to-day coaching. I have actually found them useful for my own problem solving away from my team also, which was an expected bonus. For an experienced coach or someone starting out as a coach or scrum-master I would recommend these whole heartedly. I have brought the Product Owner and retrospective cards too and I have found that they combine to make an effective tool, either in isolation from each other or when used together. Highly recommended!

Great, snappy tips!
These cards are a great point of reference for me in my day to day coaching with teams. I have found these particularly useful being used alongside "Scrum Mastery", which is also by Geoff Watts. These go well with the Retrospective coaching cards too! I read through a selection of the short snappy cards to give me some off the cuff ideas to try with situations that might arise with my team!

I have already recommending them to budding ScrumMasters as they are a brilliant thinking tool
These cards have a set of prompts to help re-frame tricky problems. I have already recommending them to budding ScrumMasters as they are a brilliant thinking tool. I think they also foster a deeper understanding of the ScrumMaster role and servant leadership more generally.I am sure I will find myself reaching for them when I am stuck with a wicked problem or difficult situation. Highly Recommend.

3 days in - What a great idea!
I love these cards. They are a fabulous tool to help both newbie ScrumMasters AND experienced coaches. I have found already (I have only owned them about 3 days!) that they have added a whole new dimension to my coaching. I recommend them.

Great sets of questions
As someone who loves help people think for themselves, by asking questions rather than giving answers, I love these cards. They're applicable to any role and process and I'm sure I'll find myself reaching for them when I'm looking for inspiration.
