exactly what I expected I like the size , I'm surprised it fit my large head I always have a hard time finding a decent size one online. The quality is pretty good , the inside has an elastic string attached , I cut it off because I won't be needing it. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because it arrived all squished , I had to play with it to try and give it's shape.

This hat was a statement at the beach!

Big rim and loose. It had a chin strap but I just cut it off. I got many compliments in this hat. I had it in Hawaii and it worked great to cover my face and partly shoulders and chest (permitting the sun was above, not angled in front). Definitely recommend this hat. It went with most swimsuits and outfits I had even if they were prints too. It did get windy and harder to keep it on, but all big hats will do that.

I bought this for a cruise to keep my face and ears protected from the sun and to avoid a migraine. It did the job. I had to use the elastic strap a few times due to wind, I just tucked the strap in the hat other times. I just wish the elastic strap was a little nicer looking, I felt silly using the strap but didn't want to lose the hat. I also wish it could fold down to pack but no biggie. In the picture, my hat is a little deformed from floating and swimming in the ocean with it on.

I loved the hat when it arrived but unfortunately I have a big noggin and so had to return it! Wish you would make another version for those of us with bigger heads!

Super cute hat! I jazzed mine up for the Kentucky derby! But I can pull the embellishments off to wear it to the beach as well!

The hat is pretty and the quality is what I expected. It seems like it would be good for keeping the sun off the back of the neck and shoulders. The brim does not have any wire or similar stiffness in it to be able to shape it the way you want.The reason for a 3-star review is the horrible chin strap. See picture. It’s basically a rubber band and it’s absurdly small and tight. Very uncomfortable. I intend to modify it to something more reasonable but I’ll probably still not wear the hat very often, unfortunately. The size says one-size but it’s really too small for me. My head is large, measuring 23 3/8”. This hat is about 3/4” too small. I will try to stretch it but am not optimistic.Bottom line, if you don’t want the chin strap, don’t want a wire/shapable brim, and don’t have a large head this hat will probably make you happy. It’s pretty and is of decent quality.
