I am so sad that I cannot find this at my local store anymore and will be super sad if or when megafood discontinues it. Mushroom Focus has some weirdly calming properties that allow me to actually sit down and focus on a task long enough to complete it, which is saying a lot because I work from home and between the dog and the kids I have plenty of distractions. One point of contention though: they taste TERRIBLE. like, they taste like something super musty and if you don't swallow it quickly it will leave a lingering taste in your mouth. Worth every penny, but getting increasingly difficult to obtain.

I surprisingly have noticed a difference since using this. I have actually only been taking one capsule a day (it says to take to a day). I have been less stressed and it helps take the edge off throughout my stressful days. A good supplement to add to your routine.
