The heat level is great and it heats up fast, it’s comfortable to wear and easy to use. Seems high quality and durable as far as I can tell, and it charges relatively quickly. You’re supposed to wear it over a thin layer which isn’t always easy, so a thicker pad might be good. In terms of occasional use for period pain I think it’s great and for that reason I’m giving 5 stars. However because I have constant pain I have to work around some issues, so I thought I’d explain for others in the same position. It turns off every half hour which is irritating (if probably sensible) and I don’t notice till it starts cooling. Given that I’m starting it so often it’s a bit annoying that it doesn’t remember the last heat setting. It also doesn’t last more than a few hours with constant use, so I’ve ended up buying two- the good news is that one will charge in the time it takes for the other to run down. So I would recommend it but bear that lot in mind.

This is amazing and it helps so so much however I would be careful wearing it for long stretches, I rotate between 2 because I have severe abdominal pain when it comes to that time of the month and I have found that I have burnt with them, currently still healing - however with how much it helps and allows to me function I can't discredit it for that. I don't tend to use the massage side of it but did find the vibration to be strong when I tried it, I just use the heat but I can imagine for some the vibration would help. Because I use 1 of them by the time one runs out, I put the other in charge, and swap and I can guarantee that the one on charge is fully charged once the one I'm wearing has run out, I think the battery life is around 1.5 hours with continuous use, and of course the heat of it is extremely good. I like the size of it too, it's not too bulky so I can hide it under clothing highly recommended having layers between you and the pad though, I was wearing period pants a t-shirt (tucked into my jeans) and managed to get burns although I should note my skin is possibly quite thin after housing 3 pregnancies ons being a set of twins. I think all in all for the price I paid, it's a wonderful feeling to find something that helps so much.

This pad delivers lovely, soothing heat and definitely helps ease cramps. It warms up quickly and the adjustable settings make it easy to find the right level of comfort. The size is perfect for targeting lower abdominal pain, and it’s lightweight enough to wear while moving around. The only downside so far is the battery life. It works well, but I do find myself needing to recharge it sooner than expected, especially on the higher heat settings. Still, the relief it provides is genuinely helpful, so even with the shorter battery life it’s been worth using.

I was doubtful about this gadget however I’ve used it much more than expected. It’s warm, soothing and comforting, better than a hot water bottle because it keeps its heat. You can set the temperature and amount of massaging as you wish. It vibrates with a light buzzing noise and sensation. Its timer runs for 30 minutes. You can stop or re-start, making changes during each session with the accessible and simple control buttons. The battery lasts a surprisingly long time on one charge. It would be light enough to take on holiday, I think. Its shape and elasticated belt make it relatively easy to fit to different parts of your body: I strongly recommend this - good value and very effective.

Works excellently... my partner loves it. Though she's not keen on the vibrating features, thought it can be turned off. She loves the warmth it provides and said its the perfect size and weight. Battery charged quickly the first time then slowly the second time but then quickly again and lasts a decent amount of time

Although this item does as it states, the battery life is awful. It lasts an hour at most when heating and using the vibration. I would not recommend this item due to the poor battery life.

Amazing purchase. Works really well. Period pains dulled and went more or less away when used. Deff recommend. You can hear the massage function though. So daughter doesn’t use it at school.

I bought these in a purple for my daughter as well as a green for myself. The quality is great and the vibrations are quite soothing. it is effective at soothing my cramps and it fits perfectly. I highly recommend it!

Bought this for my daughter. She loves it! She uses it all The time! It helps relieve her cramps. It’s light weight so it stays in place. It’s the perfect size for her lower abdomen so it covers. It’s functional and durable so far. Would definitely recommend!
