A good supplement. Made with the Akk11 strain of Akkermansia muciniphila (good for metabolic disorders and weight loss) and combined with inulin, a prebiotic. Also contains Fructooligosaccharide, a soluble dietary fiber. It's in a Vegetable capsule. It does unfortunately contain Magnesium stearate, something I try to avoid and for that I am deducting one star.

I don't know why the inner seal of the bottle and can has been opened when I received the goods? And the appearance is normal.
