This is by far my favorite flavor of all of the ones I have tried and I keep it well stocked on my shelves. Great source of protein with low calories and the pouches are a convenient way to enjoy it on the run or with a meal or as a side to a salad... It's food and it's good ;)

These tastes good, but I had to stop purchasing. Some ingredient, whether it's green peppers or onions, something in this mix gives me heartburn.

I’m a big lover of tuna and I like not needing to prepare it I don’t have to do these pouches of tuna are great! I can take them with me when I need to go on a trip with crackers and fruit and vegetables and that’s a little meal for me. The convenience is what I look for in these pouches. The texture is awesome just squeeze some out add some lemon and you’re good to go! There’s a nice shelf life on the side of the package and they look for that for you before mailing it out to you.

The taste of these are super addicting! I eat this on a Single one slice toasted Nature's Own Life Keto Soft White Bread, Net 1 Carb Sliced White Keto Bread. Perfect for weightloss because with that dinner combination its only 115 calories and I feel full for the rest of the evening.

With how things are going in America these $1 tuna packs are a literal life saver. Crazy price for such a great value. Easy to open, good flavor, no gross scales or anything. Great to throw in some rice & call a real meal.
