Better but not the best - Use SweetGuard instead!
It's better than using a regular sports mouthguard and other guards for bruxism, however it's not the best. It's soft and rubbery enough to chew on. Mine can stay put at night, but never got a good tight fit. Sweetguard is a way better product and worth the money

I have bought this particular brand of mouth guard now for years and I continue to appreciate their ease of molding and comfort in wearing while sleeping. I won't look for any other brand since the quality of this is perfect.
