This is an awesome product and works great. It is easy to use, set up, and has a great spray pattern that is easily adjustable.Upon delivery I tried both the included nozzles, and the wide spray (black) nozzle didn't work. I called their product support toll free number on a Saturday and left a message. They called me back within a few minutes and sent out a replacement nozzle the following Monday. The representative was knowledgeable, easy to work with and followed through with addressing the issue.I highly recommend this company, product and support. AAA+++++

I needed a decent garden sprayer and this has worked out well. I've used it a couple of times and have no issues with it's function or design. It has a long hose and a good length wand to reach into bushes or under leaves. The wand has an adjustable spray nozzle as well. The center pump unscrews leaving the orange funnel top to easily pour in your spray mix without spilling. It doesn't take too many pumps to build up pressure and the handle is comfortable to use. I do like the pressure relief valve as it makes it quite easy to unscrew and clean up after use. I have had other sprayers that didn't has this and it's always a pain to release the pressure. It appears well made and a good value for the price.

The days of buying no-name products off the Big Box Store shelves are gone for me. I look now for a good warranty and parts availability. This unit offers a 3 year warranty and 800 number to call if I ever need repair parts. Purchased to spray my deck with waterproofing. Worked great. Has two different spray pattern nozzles, The one gallon unit was easy to pump and sprayed a long time after pumping it up. Well made, high quality. Probably the last hand sprayer I ever buy.

I used one of these before, but I would just guessing when I ordered this one, looked the same, same colors, slightly familiar name. Yes, this is the one. Just don't even bother. Buy this. Can replace all your watering cans and do a better job at it anyway. This is absolutely perfect for my "trouble" plants that are all dramatic and droopy and screaming "Im dying!" if they don't get water constantly, one run around the yard and 2 gallons is plenty to wet them down and keep them from moaning. From superfine mist with adjustable pressure 2 ways, as well as a head that sprays just how you want it. Carry strap is nice. Its just a quality peice, you wont be dissapointed. Thick, heavy plastic. Doesn't take near as much pumping as it claims, 10 pumps and it pops the valve itself. This saves me tons of time, I'd order a second one if I could find a reason. Great gift!

I seem to keep buying sprayers that end up just being junk. They rarely get thru a season before they start leaking, get clogged or stop spraying the pattern I want. I think those days are over as I have now discovered the Petratools line of products. I purchased the HD201. It has features sprayers I have used in the past lacked - longer hose, a pressure release, multiple adjustable spray tips to name a few. And it just feels like its better made, and simply higher quality than those I have had. The hose feels like its made of actual soft rubber and is far more flexible than others and the longer length means a longer reach. Sprayers are easy to put together but there are several less steps with this one and everything is working perfectly. Last, the customer service is outstanding! I wanted to register it for warranty purposes(as I said, I go thru a lot of sprayers so if there is a warranty I'm taking advantage) but was struggling to find where on their website to do so. I almost instantly got a reply from one of their agents, Anne who took care of things for me. It was obvious she is customer focused and quickly took care of the registration process on my behalf. I appreciate someone who exceeds my expectations - that just doesn't happen much anymore! So, long story short, this is a great sprayer that I recommend and give 5 stars for the product as well as the company and its customer service level. I will definitely be buying more Petratools products.

Petra-Tools Gallon size Sprayer works immediately after the quick assembly. The sprayer and its parts are sturdy and fit together perfectly. The company is so confident in its product, they want to scan for your warranty BEFORE you use it!(I say all of this by way of comparison with a similar sprayer I purchased from another, and more popular [I think] company. It was awkward to assemble and the parts did not fit seamlessly, so the pump never pressurized and the sprayer never sprayed. It leaked...and not out of the spray hose but out of the top of the container.)
