These are stunning, we had a few problems with a faulty one and some bits missing, but these were resolved. But they match the ones I bought from Next but at half the price.

Very good lights

When installing the lamp we discovered that almost half of the glass ticks were broken. There was no way of requesting replacement or contacting the seller. Only option is to return the item. This is a fragile product and at high risk of damage. Don’t order!!!

Absolutely beautiful fitted by my partner easy to assemble we bought two of them no breakages in the glass and lots of spares just incase Makes my livingroom and dinimgroom look beautiful

Looks lovely, missing one star as the transformer box was missing and the durability is yet to be tested. Will review the product again a few months later.

Arrived well packed and it was fairly easy and therapeutic to put all rods together in order. One rod appeared broken but there are enough spares provided. I can't yet comment on the longevity of the led strip, hope that it is going to last for a few years.

Der Kronleuchter sieht im original viel besser als auf dem Bildern aus. Er ließ sich sehr einfach einbauen. Es hat gerade mal 90 Minuten vom auspacken bis zur fertigen Montage gedauert. Was nicht funktioniert ist die Fernbedienung und die App. Es lassen sich aber über denn Lichtschalter 3 verschiede Lichtfarben schalten. Sehr helles weißes Licht, helles weißes Licht und gelbes Licht. Keine Ahnung wie die richtige Farbbezeichnung dafür ist. Ich benutze das etwas nicht so helle weiße Licht. Im Karton waren für mich genug Lichtstäbe vorhanden ich hatten am Ende noch 5 über Es waren aber auch einige schon kaputt. Man sollte trotzdem sehr vorsichtig mit dem Karton umgehen. Er ist wirklich sehr schwer und unhandlich. Am besten mit zwei Personen transportieren denn sollte es nicht vorsichtig transportiert werden kann es sein dass man am ende zu viele kaputte kaputte Stäbe hat und man kann die Lampe nicht mehr zusammen bauen. Sollte jemand wissen wie man die Fernbedienung in Gang bring bitte als Antwort auf diese Rezension schreiben.

4.5 beautiful product! And all crystals were delivered unbroken and even have a decent amount of extras just in case!! I was nervous to purchase this due to those comments. One thing, I have 3 light switches through the room that control this light so due to the warm, cool, and bright settings - Sometimes the other light switches don’t work anymore. I need to switch out my regular light switches for button ones.

Es una lampara de techo elegante y decorativa. Debemos montarla ya que viene desarmada, pero esto es sencillo de hacer. Ofrece una buena iluminación. Su diseño proporciona que en la estancia destaque bastante. Podemos ajustar la intensidad de iluminación así como la temperatura de la luz gracias al mando a distancia con que se acompaña. Las personas que visitan mi casa se fijan nada mas entrar en la lampara. Definitivamente destaca en la estancia.
