Does this unit promote leg circulation?

it worked well for me, i put it on the sciatic points just at the top of the pelvis in back

I just recieved this unit today and when I go to adjust the intensity it will not work, the little meter does not move up or down. What is wrong?

Make sure that you select either Channel A or Channel B before trying to adjust the intensity.

Any recommended pads?

Any button pads will work the pads last forever if you run them under faucet and stick back on the plastic that they came on in a wet state then they will be sticky next use. This gets the skin oils off and retains moisture for sticky stuff.
