I love this matcha set! The bowl has a great, solid feel and is beautifully made. The scoop and whisk holder and perfect. The only downside is the whisk; it's actually quite good, but a little fragile. I make a lot of matcha, and usually make a thin Koicha (3 g matcha, 50 ml water). I've used the set daily for about a month, and the whisk is fraying a little. Not badly, but the bamboo is fragmenting a bit. It doesn't affect the whisking, and I simply trim off any stray edges. I'm surprised it's happening, as I use traditional whisking methods and always warm the whisk with water before I use it. Overall, though, it's a great matcha set for the price. My last set was more expensive, and no better (except the whisk).

I bought this set as a gift and ended up keeping one for myself too. The bamboo whisk works beautifully—no clumping, which was my biggest concern when making matcha at home. The bowl is a nice size, and the holder keeps everything organized on my counter. The sifter actually makes a difference in the texture, something I didn't expect. Everything feels well-made and the presentation is lovely right out of the box, so if you're giving it as a gift, you won't need to do much. It's become part of my morning routine and I'm happy with the purchase. Would definitely recommend for anyone who enjoys matcha or wants to start making it at home.

Just started making my own Matcha tea. Everything came packaged nicely and the quality is great. Makes smooth matcha with no clumps and looks beautiful on my counter.

Thoughtful set. The quality is good. The chasen is beautiful and functional and the little chasen stand is a plus. The only issue I have with this set is that the bowl is not wide enough at the bottom to get good froth with the chasen, so mixing ability is compromised. On the fence as to whether I will keep. Good price.

I love using this make matcha at home! This set comes with everything you would need to make a yummy matcha, well other than the matcha itself haha. The quality of the bowls are very good quality and everything in the set is easy to clean. The bamboo whisk may mold over time if you don’t store it properly. To clean it, just make sure to get the bottom and remember to not flip it over. Also, do not dry the whisk bottom side up.

This set is so well made. I get my matcha from a local tea shop and this set has really upped my game. The whisk is great, the bowl is the perfect shape/size for a serving or two. I haven’t had any issues with mold or rotting after 6 months of use and it works just as well as it did when I first bought it. I highly recommend for any matcha fan that wants to start making it at home.
