I just purchased this product. First of all the seal on the box was cut, second it was dirty like it had been used!

I have stopped using 2 others, one more than double the price of this one. Easy to use, it definitely helps with balance and reduces pain until I get my 2nd knee replacement. I give it 4 1/2 stars.
