These have helped my 3 boys ages 4, 13 and 15. It was recommended by a friend. Its helped to regulate and help them out of feeling sluggish especially after meals. They also love the taste.

I can't say for sure whether these have yielded positive results, but so far they don't seem to have hurt either. Overall, probably not worth purchasing, although your experience may vary.
