My kids absolutely love this Sonic costume. It’s lightweight and fits true to size. They wear it almost every day and the material has held up well - no rips, no wear and tear. It’s great quality and well worth it for your kids to use their imaginations.

I bought this for my son's 3rd birthday. The costume has multiple Velcro straps down the back to help close it over my kid's regular clothes. Those are easy to put and take off. Sonic's head and tail are also attached to the main costume via Velcro. For the head it makes sense because your kids might want to run around and then the head doesn't fall off. The tail I didn't understand, though. The only way to attach it is to use the Velcro strip, but why would it be detachable in the first place? I ended up asking my mother in law to sew it in place because it kept falling off and my son got upset. The overall fit is true to size, and the material is a bit thick and warm, though it is not suitable to wear as the only clothes for your kid. The quality was not the best, because after just one wash, some of the seams came undone and I needed it fixed. Overall, your kid will probably like this, but you might want to keep an eye out for potential fixes or a lost tail.

Cute costume but order a size up for your child. Idk if the shoes get bigger when you order a bigger size but they have to fit over your child’s shoe so I would recommend getting a size they can fit. A great value of money ehh idk the tail through me off.

Nice costume tight fit. The attached shoes are small could be made a little bigger to fit over shoes.

For kids to effectively wear this to school or daycare, opening should be on the front so they can go to the bathroom. The shoe cover is annoying because it doesn’t even come close to covering the shoe (it’s too small). Having said that my son did enjoy the costume. Quality is decent for the price.

Really cute costume. Our son loved it and worse it all day/night. Shoe covers were a bit small and didn’t cover our son’s shoes. I also found the quality a bit low, finding one of the seems at the side had come apart. Very cute but wouldn’t hold up for an every day item.
