KEEN Utility Men's Independence 6" Leather Waterproof Composite Toe Work Boot

The boots look great and feel good on the foot. I’ve worn them for work the last 3 days. I’m impressed by the quality and value of these boots. The fit is good. They are true to size and have a generous toe box. My feet have stayed dry walking through slush and snow.

Great boots for the money spent. The style, comfort and warmth are truly impressive. Super durable work boots that will keep your feet dry ALL day. I’ve purchased these for my husband who is a maintenance manager and he couldn’t be more pleased. We’ve tried many other top branded boots and these by far are the best yet! Been wearing USA made Keens for years, and have had good luck with them. Usually no break in time or discomfort with my past keens, but these took a lil breaking in, but it wasnt terrible by any means. I wear the boots 12-14hrs a day in all kinds of terrains and climates, still going strong with no issues for 6 months so far.

Didn't even try them on! They are suppose to be composite toe boots, they are soft toe boots. I can have steel toe or composite toe but soft toe are NOT allowed! So now I have to figure out on how to send them back. Where I live it's almost impossible to send things back. Next time will be the last time, I can afford to keep making $100.00 mistakes with Amazon!!

+'s : Great toe box for a guy with wide toes. Solid leather and build, good ankle support. Nice traction-'s: Longer breaking time, a little heavy, ZERO breathability for hot feet. Cheap insolesContractor in Ohio. Keen waterproofing is great at keeping water out but keep in mind that also means it keeps water in. Not hot weather approved. Seemed to take a Solid 2 wks to break in. Solid leather and great toe cap. Quality laces I just wish they sold a vented version and they'd be my go to boot

Very nice boots. I have had an awful lot of boots and out of the box these are some of the most comfortable shoes let alone boots I have ever had. Wearing these boots for a week has only made them better. Great boots.

Great ankle support. Great traction (do hold rocks though). The laces are stretchy and to long, hard to keep tied without double knots. No support behind the toes. Little to no stretch after wearing for a month. I like the look and that they are American made. Need a little more cushion.

The BEST BRAND for Durable Non Slip I have found. I have worn one pair (a different style) Every day All day for SEVEN YEARS! The laces lasted the plastic hooks lasted to my amazement! Keen has built the BEST shoe I have EVER owned in 67 years. This pair took a couple days to break in unlike the other Keen's but everything is perfect for my WIDE FEET. In the past I had to go a size up to get a Wide enough shoe but Keens fit true to length.
