I made the mistake and got these for my grandson. He does not need caffeine. I should’ve never bought him these, but he loved the flavor. But too much caffeine made his stomach hurt. It’s my fault. I should’ve paid more attention to what I was buying. But I give these five stars because they do love them.

The flavors in this pack hold up more than 24 hours. Compared to other flavor packs I've tried, the flavors hold up more than 24 hours whereas other packs' flavors are depleted by the end of the day. I haven't noticed any significant energy effects so I can't speak on that.

These flavors are just ok. The black Cherry kind of tastes like cough syrup. The other 2 were good, but had a bit of a weird aftertaste.

Weird flavor. Not bad, just weird. All three of them. Caffeine is nice but I think I'll pass next time.
