A good range of resistances, and the seem very durable.

These are good, competitively-priced, full-loop resistance bands.First, I admit that, given some of the pictures, I thought these were bands with loops at each end rather than one big loop. I'd not seen that before and was excited to try some like that. But these are full-loop bands (which was evidenced when I paid more attention to some of the other photos).That said, these are good bands at a good price of $23.99 (at the time of writing). Prices for a set of 5 full-loop thick bands on AZ are all over the place, and this set has a list price on the lower side. Lots of other brands are now putting their products on sale closer to this price.These are good, sturdy bands. They don't have the resistance ranges on them, like they do in the pictures. It's not a big deal as that seems to be standard for about 50% of the bands out there, but that'd be nice to have.Some of my other bands came "dusted" or finished with a chalky substance, so they aren't too tacky. These don't have that layer, so they were a little tacky (not sticky), making it a little frustrating if they get tangled in the bag when you're trying to pull one out.The included accessories are nice but not top-of-the-line. It came with two handles and a door anchor. I have better versions of each, and I won't use them. They're usable but not what I'd call high quality.So it's an accidental order (meaning it was my fault I thought I ordered something else) that I'm happy with, and I will definitely use the bands. The accessories I won't use, but would if I didn't already have nicer versions of each.

Good set of resistance bands. I can't say if they're long lasting but in my initial tests I tried as hard as I could to see if I could damage the black (25-65lb) and purple (35-85lb) bands and they easily handled my pulling until they ran out of stretch. Plus they come with a couple of handles which expands your options. I'm using these resistance bands on a resistance band hook (Amazon sells a variety of these) I secured to a heavy beam. They're not going to give you the same type of consistent workout of free weights or even bodyweight push ups, pull ups because you'll likely change footing and grip but are great as a supplement. You can take them anywhere which is fantasic and with the handles you can pretty much guarantee you won't hurt yourself using them bare handed.

I have used some resistance bands that feel like rubber that kind of pinch your skin where it rubs as it expands against tracks, but these feel more like silicone which kind of slides instead of pinching. It comes with a bag and some handles as well as an exercise guide which did have a couple things to try, I'm pretty set as far as the strength side of things goes in terms of exercises, but the poster does have some stuff I might have forgotten as far as stretching goes (which is why I got these). Since its through Amazon vine I only paid 35% of retail (income tax on value), but even for$25 or whatever I'd say these are worth it.

I've been looking for some better Resistance Bands for a while now. These popped up and I decided to give them a shot. I like that they have printed labels so I know roughly what tension they are. The material doesn't smell and it seems like good quality but, time will tell. The added accessories are nice as well. For the price, I'm quite happy with this purchase.

I'm liking the jjshund resistance bands. They're good quality so I feel confident they'll hold up. Besides the 5 bands, the package includes an assortment of accessories such as 2 handles, a door anchor and 2 carabiners. Other reviewers commented that the accessories aren't the greatest, and I concur. They'll do the job, though. I most likely won't use them so it isn't a concern for me. I'm giving the product 5 stars, although it's closer to 4 1/2 stars.

First the good: the bands are sturdy and appear well made. They stretch appropriately and come in a very wide range of resistances.Now the bad: Nowhere in the packaging documents the level of resistance each band has--bettet write it down from the Amazon product listing. The hand grip attachments appear to be of questionable durability and the carabiner clips are too small to insert the two largest bands into (this might be a blessing in disguise if you don't fully trust them, however).

I just got these for a simple home gym to add some resistance training to my otherwise mostly cardio workout. While these don't have substantial resistance to bulk up, I do think they are nice for repetitive exercise to create lean muscle. Definitely recommend. Should be a staple for any home gym.
