Got this a couple of days just in time for a high school football game and it work very well it has great build quality and I love the hand grip padding. Now I’m more on the photography side than video I’m using R5mark2 with this monopod the snap lock on it gave me confidence that my camera is hold tightly and properly upside down when walking around the field to new spots to shoot during the game. The feet on this Monopod work very well although I didn’t use them while out there on the field I left the feet up it has a hard rubber reverse cone shape that from how I used it the other night at the game did very well in the grass meaning turning off and on and when the night was done again it did well, again I’m on the photography side of things here so I didn’t even attached the handle at all just my camera and monopod. The price is great for the build quality is great it feels good in hand great weight it was I mean I will this a 9.5 for a monopod yeah there’s other monopods out there but you can’t go wrong with getting this I say go for this monopod.

The COMAN KX3232 monopod is extremely sturdy and well-built. It’s tall enough for a variety of shooting angles and the fluid base allows for smooth movement when filming. Lightweight but durable, it’s great for quick setups and moving between shots. Ideal for event videography or on-the-go filmmaking. I’m very satisfied with this purchase!

3 stars because of the instructions. Beyond that, 5 star monopod. JFK could have written better instructions and he's been dead for 40 plus years. Its like satan said "I got this" Pro tip- to install the camera on the mount push it back to unlock all the way, then when slides in, it locks. Did I say all the way to right? Why yes I did. Only way it works and not in the instructions. Really. Outside some vague McGruder film like in instructions you are on your own. Now you know. Beyond that, takes some getting use to, like putting the camera 90 degrees (pro tip, turn it the other way, it will work) it is an excellent device. Everything I wanted and more. So yes, read this review. AFTER you do, get the monopod. And the instructions make ok kindling.

Purchased this monopod to support 20 x 100 astronomical binoculars. Quality was better than expected. The height is great since most viewing is upward. Light, well-made, and the carrying case is a bonus.

WOW!!! I have been in media production for Thirty Years! I like top-of-the-line equipment that works when I need it. In the past I had monopods and needed a new one, I went with an inexpensive Benro, soon as I got it I came accross this one and based on the construction and the looks, I purchase this on. When it arrived, I felt the quality and the thoughtfulness of what came with it! For the Video Camera or Photo Camera, this is very Professional for Business.

Disappointment with this item. The supposed easy clamp release will not budge. Sorry that it’s too late to return it for a refund.

The quality of materials/metal seems to be high. There's no notice of cheap/plastic parts. It does what it needs to do in monopod mode. Here's the bad. Way too heavy. Don't take this without you hiking; it is heavy, it is uncomfortable. In tripod mode, when extended to full height, it will tilt and your camera and lense will be lost; this is a design flaw allowing a high center of gravity. The quick release plate is huge! Even if you can quick release, that plate won't allow you to naturally and comfortably take pictures using your hands; not cool; another design flaw. I would not recommend this to anyone if they're active in photography (hiking).

Pro: - Better than expected build quality (think budget friendly Manfrotto) - Versatile setups/functions - Lightweight but not breakable. - Comes with a few tools and extras - Nice carrying case with adjustable strap Cons (I guess): - Really only suited for LIGHT cameras (DSLR only) had lots of luck with smaller cine cameras like the EVA-1 (but keep a hand on the monopod always) I use this mainly for that sort of hand-held look without getting to jittery in my hands but since the head detaches the way that it does I can either mount this on my slider or use it's 2nd function as a tabletop/hi-hat for low angle shots. The build quality was better than expected (much more aluminum and steel parts than I figured it would be). This thing also can extend inhumanly high (like nearly 8 feet) and I have no idea when I'd use that but it's pretty awesome that you can.

Appears to be a strong & robust “Monopod”. I guess with the heavy weight it will facilitate for very “steady” photography. Still to be used.

The price is good, it's sturdy and well made. The head is soft and the options are good.
