I have been using the JIELISI A4 Metal Guillotine Paper Cutter for a while now and it has exceeded my expectations. The build quality is solid with a sturdy metal base that ensures stability during use. The paper cutter works well.

Can't think of any reason not to give five stars. It's sturdy and does an excellent job of cutting accurately. I didn't have any problem to correctly aligning the paper and had no problem with cutting 6 sheets at the same time.

Nice. Not much to say more than that. Works as intended. Sturdy and solid build. Nice weight to it and therefore hold out hope it will last a while. Works well and was reasonably priced.

Really good robust product.My youngest is in the middle of GCSE's and this has been invaluable for her course work in Art.Well made and easy to assemble and use. Excellent for trimming and straight cutting.It's well made and sits solidly on the table. There is also a safety device to ensure your fingers remain attached.Absolutely no complaints.

The JIELISI A4 Metal Guillotine is actually pretty high quality. It's all metal, so feels really sturdy and doesn't move around when you're cutting. The paper guide is therefore magnetic which is genius. It means you can position it wherever you want. It also cuts way more than the 10 sheets it specifies. The blade seems really sharp and gives a lovely clean cut. I much prefer a proper guillotine than a cutting blade you drag across the paper.There are some annoying downsides though:(1) the cutting guide next to the blade goes up/down when using the blade and it's also black not transparent, so it's hard to see where the actual edge of the paper is.(2) the printed measurements don't go right up to the cutting edge, so they're actually really pointless. That's pretty annoying because you can't easily cut an item to a specific size just by lining it up with the measurements.(3) The printed size guide only goes down to A5, not any smaller (A6 etc). It does have B-sizes which are international sizes but obviously not necessarily as useful as A-sizes in the UK. But you can use the printed measurements to cut any custom size (it only goes as small a measurement as 0.5cm, not mm though).However, it's a sturdy guillotine and I think it represents good value for money (currently £33.99) if you don't need to cut specific sizes.

Had a much cheaper plastic version and gave up. This is good and solid and chomped through 14 pieces of paper easily. Was worried that I should get the Rymans one at £95 but went for this instead and relieved.
