Does 84” height measure from TOP of panel to bottom, or from center of grommet hole (or pole height) to bottom?

These are longer than 84”. I bought another set at 84” and those hang where anticipated. these drag on the floor.

How to wash and dry them in washer and the dryer?

According to the tag: machine wash separately, cold gentle cycle, tumble dry low.

How good are these insulated?

These are very well insulated. They do a great job of blocking out the light and keeping our room cool in the summer. We liked them so much we bought another color for a different room. They are great!
