I'm 325 lbs and the belt portion stretched just fine to my needs.I had a drainage bag put in for about 2 weeks and did NOT have this harness. Then exactly a week after it was removed, another one was put in (long story). And this time I was told I might have it for months. So I ordered this harness.The difference is amazing. I'm a medical courier and am in and out of my car 50 to 100 times a day. Before the harness I was constantly adjusting it or worrying about having to adjust it.Now I sometimes forget I have it. Everything is secure and in place.Helpful hints:Take the belt portion of when sleeping and let the bag hang loose around your leg. I had the drainage bag fall off the bed one night and really irritated the exit site.It takes a day or so of walking funny until you get use to it being strapped to your leg. Once you get use to it it's fine.

Thiis device is far superior to what I was provided with in the hospital - the one with the upper and lower leg straps. The belt supports the bag weight while the single horizontal strap holds it to your leg. I hiked with this setup for a few miles to test its comfort, and it passed with flying colors. The construction is robust.There is some room for improvement:It should be constructed so the compartment is slightly less tight - perhaps of stretchy see-through mesh stitched to the stiff back to house the urin bag.There should be a longer strip of Velcro on all three belts.The belt around your waist should be longer.

Excellent item

This set of 2 Belted Urinary Drainage Bag Covers work as intended to secure a urine collection bag discreetly in a pocket-like holder under clothing.In the attached photo it is worn outside clothing for demonstration purposes.The design is well though out. For this price I'd expect better quality materials, though. Even so, with two bags/holders, one can be in the wash while wearing the other.

Product is as described

Returned. This thing is HEAVY on its own, made from thick canvas. The belt and strap are uncomfortable, way too long for someone small. Stiff and just awful.
