The TV remote stopped working within 3 months of normal use. When I contacted Amazon, I was redirected to multiple service centers, all of which refused support. The seller later confirmed that the remote and accessories are not covered under warranty and only the TV is covered. A TV without a working remote is practically unusable. This purchase turned into a long and frustrating experience. Buyers should think twice before purchasing
