Easy to prepare and healthy
These are absolutely delicious and make a very quick breakfast item. I bought them as I was lacking in fibre and oats are strong, good source of it. Additionally, I believe that these are very healthy as when I add the required amount of milk they do not turn out sweet. Very healthy option to have on the go.
