Having had some bad experiences with cheap pinholes that broke I was wary of these. Maybe it's because I'm a lot more careful when handling them than I was but so far so good. And if you are not sure if pinholes work I can vouch for the fact that they do. I'm 65 now and my eyesight is better than it was 5 years ago because of pinholes. Use them all the time when using my computer and when reading. Massive gratitude to whoever invented them!

These training glasses do actually make it easier to see. I am slightly short-sighted in one eye and slightly long-sighted in the other. I am always squinting so I thought I'd try these as the price is quite low. The do work in that, when reading, I can see words that are blurred without them. However, the holes do seem to be slightly too small. Overall, they are worth the price. If you read a lot, these will help,

I tried some pinhole glasses at an exhibition some years ago and was amazed how well they worked. These ones are nowhere near as good. And when I blink, my eyelashes brush against the inside, which is very annoying. Fortunately I only bought these for anti-cat protection! The cat I fostered has swiped me across the nose a couple of times and I think he's attacking light reflections in my glasses, so plan is to put these on as soon as he gets on my lap - no reflections, and my eyes are protected. That's the only reason I chose the cheapest ones I could find.

Product as described and does the job. Not the best quality but fine for the money. Arrived timeously. No problems at all.

Like the low cost for such a simplistic but very effective piece of kit. Had a pair 20 odd years ago but lost them and they'd cost me 5 times as much. I recently had to purchase intermediate reading glasses but got fed up with swapping glasses all the time...I am short sighted too. I started to wear the pinhole glasses instead of reading glasses and found that I could use my tablet and phone quite happily and strain free. I have only really used them for about 15 to 20 minutes at a time. Also at night for TV for 15-20mins. The results speak for themselves as I am writing this review about 10 inches from the screen without any eyewear at all, pinhole or otherwise. I expect that keeping up regular use of the pinhole glasses will allow things to tick over nicely. I would also recommend eye exercises.... Google it!

Seemed a good idea but doesn’t work for me. But worth a try.

I keep forgetting to use these for the 15 minutes recommended for two weeks. I think it’s helping as my sight seems to get blurry on days I haven’t used these. I’m going to make the effort 1st April to do two full weeks. Then possibly buy another pair for a friend. So I shall comment again then.

Ich benutze die Rasterbrille nun 2 Wochen, jeden Tag beim Spazieren gehen mit dem Hund für 20-60 Minuten (kommt aufs Wetter darauf an) und bin total davon begeistert. Jetzt nach 2 Wochen (ich weiß nicht, ob es nur bei mir so ist und ob ich einen sehr schneller Organismus/Psyche habe), sind bereits Veränderungen aufgetreten. Bereits beim Erstmaligem Aufsetzen der Brille habe ich festgestellt, dass die Brille meine Kurzsichtigkeit korrigiert. Nach halbstündigem Tragen der Rasterbrille sehe ich nach dem Absetzen der Brille immer noch sehr gut, leider geht dieser Effekt nach kurzer Zeit langsam langsam verloren, aber ich habe bemerkt, dass nun die Psyche wieder in der Lage ist Gegenstände/Landschaften korrekt zu fokussieren. Durch die Sehbrille wurde das Scharfstellen "verlernt" sei es körperlich (inneren Augenmuskel), sowie auch psychisch. Die Psyche spielt meiner Meinung nach dabei eine größere Rolle. Der Mensch erlangt dabei wieder eigene Verantwortung für sich selbst zu übernehmen, die Verantwortung nicht an Ärzte abzugeben, sozusagen VERANTWORTUNGSLOS zu werden. Der menschliche Körper und seine Psyche sind zu mehr in der Lage als wir anzunehmen glauben. Absolute Kaufempfehlung, gerne wieder = )

Avevo dei dubbi che potesse funzionare bene come gli originali provati in una fiera. In effetti i fori risultano essere troppo grandi e troppo distanziati tra loro. Anche se in parte si riesce a poter leggere senza l'ausilio degli occhiali , non essendo costruiti secondo le misure dovute, l'occhio si affatica un pò troppo sin da subito. lo sconsiglio .
