I thought that this product might be gimmicky and something that you might be used once or twice and then never again. After using it on 3 long international flights, I’m convinced that products like this one are going to become the new standard for sleeping on flights.It was easy to use, comfortable to sleep in- no bobbing and weaving or uncomfortable angles and perhaps a bit ridiculous looking when a respiratory mask is added but oh well. I don’t know if this is contemplated by the manufacturer but when I wasn’t sleeping I folded the wings in to make a fairly comfortable pillow when I was sitting upright. The only downside is that the eye mask which is crucial to the operation of the system has Velcro which is very grippy so you have to be careful it doesn’t visit the lav with you.

I have not yet traveled by air with this product, so I cannot fully rate it. It appears to have the necessary attachments that will make it easy to use on our upcoming flights in August.

I don’t select the window seat because I don’t like asking people to move so I can go to the bathroom, and I don’t care if I can lean on the window to fall asleep. I’m naturally a back sleeper, so for me this was amazing. It holds your head perfectly, exceptionally, absolutely still, and the eye mask completely blocks all light without hurting your eyes. The eye mask has a molded edge that goes around the socket of the eye, blocking out the light completely; the mask itself never touches your eyelids. I was asleep so fast it was almost embarrassing. Your head won’t move at all, but not in an uncomfortable way. The best way I can describe it is that the eye mask creates a hammock-like effect, gently supporting your head from the front, and the sides corral it, keeping it straight, so that your head moves only slightly but naturally. It’s not stiff, everything is held perfectly in place and you sleep like a baby. I will never, ever get on a plane without this thing again. I sleep very easily on planes anyway, except for the fact that my head always snaps forward, jolting me awake, and I hate it. The flight is miserable and I can’t even enjoy a little cat nap. This solved that problem. If I could never buy one of these ever again, I would try to figure out how to make one myself.

Game changer. Truly. I was skeptical but I hate traditional neck pillows and always end up bunching them up and propping my head against the wall or my partner. No more! This straps your head back with soft pillow pads all around the back and sides, I slept almost 8 of an 11 hour trip. Worth a try.

Sarisun makes a great headrest and pillow for the aircraft seat. It straps onto sides of the bendable part of any headrest. The side pillows use Velcro to attach the eye shade. Together they wrap around and prevent you leaning into your neighbor! It's soft, comfortable and has quality design. I fly next week and will edit comments if experience doesn't work out well.

The media could not be loaded. So far so good. Seems like good quality. I haven’t used it on a long plane ride, but I would like to share what it looks like. I uploaded two videos.it only lets you upload one video. The second one I’m saying that I’m 5'8" and it seems to be a good fit. This one that I bought also has the ability to change the Velcro attachment of the eye shade to your height.

I rarely ever leave reviews on Amazon, but this is something truly worth taking the time to review.I was worried taking a nonstop 12.5 hour flight from Virginia to Qatar in economy. I dreaded thinking about trying to sleep on this flight. I ordered this two days before my trip and tried it on the flight. I was able to sleep for 6 hours which is enough for me to be able to function the following day. It stopped me from getting neck pain, which I always got with the turtl neck band.I did get some slight irritation around my eyes from leaning forward with all my weight, but it was not enough to even register based on all the other benefits I got from this headrest system.I highly recommend this product and will be an absolute essential item for me for any flight over 4 hours.
