Good Multivitamin, Didnt give me an upset stomach. Will definitely keep buying.

I take a multivitamin everyday like a lot of other people. I am very careful about the brands I use and tend to find one I like and stick with it. I was running low on my normal brand when I came across this multivitamin from Jarrow, a brand I trust, and decided to try it as a replacement.You’ll notice on the ingredients list, pictured, the vitamin has a full slate of vitamins and minerals as well as some other ingredients you may like.I would say the only small criticisms I would have of this vitamin is that they are large. As you can see in my photo my normal multivitamin is on the right with the still larger Jarrow vitamin on the left. I had considered my regular vitamin to be large so if you have trouble swallowing pills take this into consideration.My second critique would be it seems to have a lower magnesium content then I would prefer at only 10% of your RDA, personal preference for me there.Overall Jarrow is a very good brand and this multivitamin has a good supply of most of your required daily vitamins and minerals.

Appears to be a good overall choice for this supplement. It had enough information for it to be trustworthy to me, and appears to be what it says it is. Has contact info for the manufacturer and it appears to be a supplier that's been around for a while, not just a relabeled generic product.Amazon doesn't allow health claims in reviews which I think is a good practice. This means it's always advised to get actual medical advice about expectations for supplements, and about doses, etc.Packaging was secure and had safety seals intact. Plenty of time left on expiration. Capsules were all intact with no damage or leaking. No loose powder in the container.I found the capsules to be odorless and tasteless, easy to swallow. This seems like a pretty good multivitamin overall. It's not the most impressive mix ever, but it's better than most generic mens mults would be. Contains some good ingredients though and almost in doeses high enough to work.

I have reviewed bunches of multis. It has been difficult to find just the right one. Either doses are too high, there are missing components, poor quality components, or lots of useless and ineffective fluff. The ones that seem to get it mostly right tend to be super high priced. This multi gets just about everything right. It does not try to mega dose the vitamins. you get 100% of the basic amount, which is ideal for someone who has a generally healthy diet to begin with. It includes all of the essential elements which are missing or under dosed in others: iodine, selenium, boron, chromium, K2 to name a few. The polyphenol blend is reasonable. The only things here that are really unlikely to be of any benefit are the probiotic and, to a lesser extend, the digestive enzymes. The B's are methylated, which is always a great upgrade. Overall this is a really solid multi at a reasonable price, and I may very well come back to this one for my future needs.
