I’m a senior female and installed it myself, proving installation is not too difficult. Mounting screws and instructions are included. Beware of the tiny screw securing the outer plate. I magnetized my screwdriver to prevent me from dropping it. I’ve been using it almost 2 years with no issues. The hinge joint for the ring has small rubber bands on either side preventing wobble or wiggle. This is a great product, very well made and looks more expensive than it is. Replaced older cheap plastic hand towel holder. Was able to cover prior holes with no problem. Much better quality and looks great. Highly recommend!

Very nice quality, hangs beautifully

My wife and I recently renovated our basement bathroom from a wallpapered nightmare to a farmhouse themed bath even Joanna Gaines would be proud of (ok maybe not that nice!) I thought about spraying our old ring with some oil rubbed bronze paint and saving a few bucks, but then I came across this little number on amazon and figured at this price, it was a no brainer! In a few days it arrived (go PRIME!) in simple, but protective cardboard box and I headed downstairs to install it.Out of the package the unit looks significantly more expensive than it is. The fit and finish is superb and is head and shoulders above my original idea of spraying the existing ring with spray paint and at nearly the same price! After marking the location for the two screws for the mount, I drilled the holes and installed the screws with the mount in place in a matter of a couple minutes without issue.Here comes the only negative. The recessed screw that holds the ring to the mount is VERY small. I have a couple small flathead bits, but still struggled to turn the screw especially as it recessed further into the ring. I dont see why the screw needed to be so small, I marked up the bottom of the ring and put a small scratch on the wall in my struggles. I would recommend having a flathead small enough for working on watches and the like for retention screw of the ring. After borrowing a small enough screwdriver from a friend I tightened down the screw and it has been rock solid for the past month it has been in place.In summary: This ring is an incredible value for the money, but please acquire or borrow a small flathead screwdriver for the install before you mark up your ring or the wall like I did! Solid recommendation for anyone needing a new towel ring.

This was a great purchase for a small half bathroom in my hallway. It fit easily and attached securely to the wall. Instructions were simple and set up was easy. Perfect choice for the location!

Very nice towel ring for mounting in the bathroom. The instructions are somewhat lacking (i.e. with pictures only and no words), but it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out how to install. Note - the bracket should be mounted with the flat side against the wall. Would also recommend using wall anchors (but not the ones provided in the package) to ensure max sturdiness. Lastly, when you get the bracket screwed in the wall, then you align the wall piece connected to the ring over the bracket. The screw hole goes at the bottom, not the top. You will need to unscrew the included screw about 3/4 of the way, center on the bracket, and then screw the screw back in to tighten. Would recommend for quality, sturdiness, and value for the price!
