Beautiful AND comfortable. Sturdy too. I love this chair!

The media could not be loaded. My office chair arrived well packaged and without any damage whatsoever. It was really easy to assemble and all the functions work well. The color is a super crisp, bright white faux leather. The padding is not as thick as portrayed in the ad but it's thick enough to still be comfortable. I really love this chair. It complements my white desk with a white glass top perfectly! I'm very pleased with the seller as well. I accidentally shipped the chair to my old address. The seller contacted Fedex to halt the delivery and sent me a replacement right away! Overall, the chair is pretty awesome! The seller is pretty awesome too!

Just an ok chair-The seat back leaned about a week after I assembled it- the arms were too far apart for me and the seat didn’t have and of downix signatures so I’m guessing it was a no name brand and up priced for Amazon -- support was very responsive and worked with me on my return-Save your box because you will not be able locate another one the same size without hassle

Pro: Foot stool. But even that feels bendy.Cons: Not comfy. It's firm and the cushioning isn't as thick as you expect. Makes your tailbone hurt after 2 hours.It feels cheap like made of chipboard and foam stapled together and I bet it is.The arm rests are too long and hits the desk it prevents ergonomic seating in this sense because you cannot position to your body and still fit into a deskIt not even ergonomic like stated. It doesn't seat upright. You have to lean back into the chair. If you sit up straight like I do the back of the chair doesn't touch your body. Looking behind me there is a 2 foot gap to my body.The head rest is also useless if you sit up straight. Nothing about this chair helps you to sit ergonomically at your desk.The Lumbar cushion is useless for me. If anything it keeps me further from the chair and leaning back more.The chair sits into the wheel base and isn't secured like most chairs. So if you try to lift the chair to move it the base will detach. It also wobbles left and right. It also squeaks when you lean back into it.Handles for adjustments are not reachable from seated position.I hate it. I honestly did so much research for a comfortable white ergonomic chair and chose this one. It's horrible. Definitely not worth the 200 dollars. Maybe worth 80 if you just want a reclining gaming chair. But I can't understand who could even use these features if your playing at a computer desk.I messaged the seller prior to purchasing the chair regarding return options to know ahead of time. I didn't get a response for weeks. I didn't get a response at all! Honestly at a loss as to what to do with this chair.UPDATE: March 3rd 2024Downix reached out about a week after posting my review. The support they have provided was pretty amazing. They tested and validated my claims and stated my concerns will be addressed in thier next model of the chair. It was really great to hear that a company listens to thier customer and adjusts thier products to meet the needs of thier customers.They went above and beyond to help problem solve with me. I was offered a sample of this new chair when it is complete. But due to the pain my current chair causes they agreed to replace it with another chair instead. My new chair is the 6650D model. This model is so much better.Pros:• Actually encourages ergonomic seating. It goes a full 90 degrees upright and helps me to sit straight.• Much more comfortable. I have tested this chair for the past 4 days during 8 hour shifts and nightly gaming. No butt or back pain!• The whole chair is not wobbling left to right unlike the last one.• The head rest is a nice feature and is actually useful on this chair.• Arm rests are not so long. So it fits up to my desk perfectly.• Arm rests adjust up and down and also meets my desk perfectly• The foot stool is a great feature when sitting for long periods. Its also a little lower which is much better for sitting cross legged• The handles for adjusting the chair are actually reachable on this one.• Can also recline on this chair if desired.Cons:• I can now confirm the chairs are made from chipboard and foam which is not ideal.• The stitching on the leather is pulling and making holes that will probably get worse and rip with longer term use.• The massager is cool but wasn't noticeable or useful. I had to open up the massager and turn it around to feel the massage. This inside was not pretty. Discoloring of the foam, thin wiring, and set up kind of looks like a fire hazard. I don't use it. Honestly, the chair feels better without it too.• The arm rests wobble left to right and not in a way to adjust them like higher end gaming chairs. They seem loose when all the screws are tight.• Quality overall is lacking. But for the price, it is an affordable knockoff of secret lab chairs.Overall, I'm really impressed with Downix support. I never had a company listen, test, validate and offer solutions like they have. They seem great to purchase from. I also recommend thier 6650D chair over the big and tall chair if you are looking for an adjustable, comfortable, ergonomic and cheaper alternative to expensive gaming chairs.RATINGS:1 star on this Big and Tall chair.4 stars for the 6650D model. If the quality was better it would be 5 star easily. But still, I recommend it.5 stars for Downix support, they have been amazing.

Thoroughly enjoying this chair. When reclined, can easily fall asleep. Holds weight well and is comfortable. Delivery arrived earlier than expected, which was a pleasant surprise. No extra parts and easy to assemble. Love the all-white look and adjustable lumbar support.

Horrible chair. It falls down every time you sit in it. Slowwwwlllyyy. The arm falls off after less than a dozen uses. Such a major disappointment.

This chair is sooooo freakin cool. It arrived quickly, it was a very very easy and simple set up and the chair is actually really pretty too. The leg rest and back rest movement is so comfortable. If you play games/work from home or just want a really good chair get it!
