I purchased this horn for my truck because the description said it sounded like an 18 wheeler horn. It's a standard pick up truck replacement horn. It works well and is slightly louder than the factory horn I had. One nut and 2 wire for easy installation.

It worked for a couple of weeks or about 2 honks and it stopped working completely.
