This pleasant herbal drinks help me to sleep. They really work for me!

I don't usually drink tea, especially herbal tea. However I've been having difficulty sleeping so I thought I'd give it a try. It doesn't taste to bad infact it tasted quite pleasant. It really. did help me sleep too by making me very relaxed and warm. I would recommend this product if you have difficulty in getting to sleep

Really does help with sleep, the extra ones are a bit better but these definitely help. Great flovour too.

I have anxiety but usually fall asleep quite quickly. Four nights ago I couldn't get to sleep at all - it was quite frightening & I felt pretty wretched the next day. The following night the same thing happened but, luckily, I'd already ordered this tea. I had a cup around half-an-hour before going to bed. It was calming & fell asleep in the usual way. I did the same last night & it worked again. I can't emphasise how relieved I feel & at this price it's worth a try.

This really is not affective for me. I even tried two teabags but still nothing. The flavour isn't so great either. pity.

From someone who never used to drink tea at all, this one is really good. There is a lovely fresh taste of spearmint combined with some other gentle herbs. Great to have in an evening to keep cosy before heading to bed. Would definitely buy again.

香りがとってもよいです。味は、うまい！！とは言えないものの、水を飲んでるみたいでまずい…というハーブティーではありません。優しいお味とふわっと香るいい匂いが、これから眠るぞ、といういいアンカーになっています。 色々買ってみたけれど、お値段、味、ティーバッグ式で後片付けが簡単な事から、これが一番気に入ってます。

I've been drinking this tea on and off for years, it really helps to relax you I drink it at night-time an hour or so before settling down in bed, I recommend only drinking it two three nights a week I find if I drink it too often it doesn't seem to work as well so taking a day or two break in between drinks helps me better. I don't use milk just a little sugar to sweeten it.

香りが独特で眠気とは無縁な感じがしますが、寝る前に飲み続けているうちに香りにも慣れ、眠気が襲ってくるようになりました。 覚ましても美味しいです。
